I visited Tilemax/Showerwell to buy tiles for a splash back. The service and advice I got from the showroon staff- Trish Wilton and Mike Herrick was so helpful and on point. I had samples to see what suited- and my order for tiles arrived within a week! I appreciated the guidance given through this process. And- my choice of tiles- beautiful! Photos to follow

Looking for a shower door replacement, although it's not a showerwell product, Pene has been super helpful in trying to source one.

We are building a bathroom with only 2 glass sheets, which are supported with a strip of plastic-rubber. We needed new strips and couldn’t find them, untill I went to Showerwell, who send me home with 4 different kinds. So the next day I went to buy one of them but their electronic system was down, so they send me home with the strips and send me an invoice by e-mail a little later. I am impressed by their service and trust and having found a place that can provide me with parts, even though the shower was put together with second hand parts. I certainly go back and safe myself a lot of time and frustration. This is just the place to go!

Great service at Showerwell, we dealt with Trish Wilton and although we needed only a small amount of fireplace tiles she couldn't have been more helpful. Theu also have a better range of tiles than anywhere else we have visited. Delivery was very prompt.

Trish is such a wonderful person! As a merchant who was in a sticky situation. I was informed of everything going on, called when my driver hadn't arrived yet (As it was someone picking up on my behalf) as she recognized the urgency to get this picked up. Trish also took extra care to push my order forward from when they were hoping to have it ready as she wanted us to be happy.
I was followed up with an email once my driver picked up which was fantastic.
