Tile Max was great to deal with. They had their tiles in stock and we could get them in a great timeframe. The service was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

I have been dealing with showerwell for a few months now and I really enjoy dealing with them. I usually on average get a shower and vanity every week. Summit is always very helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure I get the products on time.on hand to answer my technical questions. I rate them highly.

Over the years we've done business with Showerwell a number of times, and each time they've been absolutely professional, punctual and accurate. Tom is beyond marvellous! Thanks so much to Tom and the team, for going beyond the call of duty.

I have used Showerwell Wairau for a couple of my renovations and have found them to be honest and professional throughout. The staff are great (cheers Tom!), offering practical input to the design, and continued to work with me on my requirements right through to and beyond final installation.

They did not want to install the sliding rail on the floor because the floor was not 100% level. Now they trying to harass my mom for more money unexplained after she paid full amount as quoted. I would not recommend this company, make sure you read all the terms and condition and small writing. Very unhappy at the way you conduct your business, mostly unhappy that you upset my mom. That is unforgivable.

I have ordered wardrobe with double panel, paid delivery and installation. I also have bought wardrobe organiser. I have paid deposit but because doors was not made in time we have made arrangement. I have to go overseas, which was planned long before.
Before I left they deliver rails for it but didn’t fit bottom rail with the excuse that floor is not straight. It was just left for me to do. I did ask my son to do it for me because I’m lady of 60 years and didn’t know what to do. My son left his work to do it for me. Still I paid full amount before I left the country. When I returned they placed the doors.
They have asking me to pay extra $350. I have no idea for what. Three times I showed proof to them my full payment. They said it’s okay each time and that is done. After a while time they send me again to pay that $350 which now become more because I didn’t pay, according to there, in time. I can’t believe what is happening, I let them to put me on the court. I have all proofs.

I had great service from Showerwell, Wairau Road right from pre-purchase to installation. They were most helpful, including holding onto the shower door for an additional week until I had finished painting the bathroom. Lovely staff, professional but friendly, called when they said they would, came to install when they said they would. Highly recommend

This company sell a curved glass shower.
Be aware that the bearings are made in china, and they rust and full apart after two years usage.
We have only ever used water and a micro cloth for cleaning the shower, so there is no excuse about using harsh chemicals (what the company said would be causing the problem.)
According to Showerwell, there is no fix, other than replacing the bearings with more substandard ones.
Not good enough Showerwell!
You should not be selling these showers until you have resolved the bearing issues by using stainless bearings, or unit's which are made to work within wet environments.
