Showerwell Showers & Wardrobes

We got our shower door replaced with Showerwell and we were overall very happy with the work! The consultation process was also efficient and effective.

There was one strange mix-up where someone came to remove our existing door with the replacement door to come in 1 week earliest. Obviously this was not desirable as we wouldn't be able to shower. However, the mix-up was resolved easily.

Pros:
- Great workmanship
- Clear communication

Cons:
- The person replacing our door removed his shoes when requested. However, when leaving the apartment and returned, he walked in which his shoes again. Additionally, it was a little messy upon completion.

Amazing experience in store today, Hema is really professional, I am thankful for her service and help! Highly recommend the store.

Very expensive, 2m of 6mm shower glass gasket or edge cost $25. Which possibly increases 50%.

Since I first bought from Showerwell in Wairau Park they have an even bigger brighter and more accessible showroom with easy parking. Nice

Low fi does not mean low service. Called today to arrange a shower blade. Robyn not only helped me work out what I needed over the phone (i.e. No camera), but then arranged for me to be able to order, pay and safely collect this during level 3. It's customer service like this that no amount of technology can replace. It was better than I've had from the many online orders I have recently placed.

Bought Shower and accessories from here last year. A couple of small parts failed returned with them and receipt. Jen was amazing from start to finish as per usual. Parts replaced no questions asked. Jen is a real asset to your business.

Have been dealing with Robyn Edwards who helped me source some parts for my existing shower. Can’t speak highly enough of how helpful she has been and the fantastic customer service and communication throughout.

I've been buying overpriced cupboard doors from these guys for years, wouldn't if I didn't live in rip off NZ so bit the bullet and paid what they wanted. Recently needed a bespoke flyscreen door which they don't do so asked them to cut and sell me the frames only and I would assemble it all up but that meant they couldn't charge me in the same extortionate manner as all they're doing is selling me material not a finished product so they refused to sell it. This place is whats wrong with NZ, grab your piece of the pie fairly.dont try and grab it all, the spoon and the plate.

I went there for some advise on an issue with my shower. They were more than helpful and resolved the problem which a number of shower/plumbing shops, big hardwares and plumbers couldn't solve. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Not a very pleasant experience with this company. They sent some one to measure before we purchase the shower box, and we bought exactly the size they provided. But when installation, our plumber had to remove the tiles of one wall because the tray is 15mm bigger, I question their manager, but the manager said it is common. I do not know if this error is common or not, but it made me really upset and cost extra money to fit it in.

Great place to get all your bathroom and shower doors fixed or replaced even if you want to renovate your bathroom

Not the most flexible company, although the staff are friendly and helpful there seems to be a lack of communication between the sales staff and the installers as they just didn’t have a full understanding of what could be provided
During the visit of the salesperson we ordered Wardrobe mirror sidling doors, an external Wardrobe organiser, a shower return panel and a cabinet to fit under the bathroom vanity.
Upon receiving the quote, we noticed that there was no mention of the doors for the external wardrobe organiser. Following up we were informed that we would need to arrange with another tradesperson to have doors fitted, they also advised that they could not provide a cabinet to fit under my current vanity unit.
On the day of the installation the installer was surprised that he had to cut the carpet for the wardrobe sliding doors as this was not mentioned in his notes – even though it was noted by the salesperson at the initial consultation. The installer said that he might have the tools to cut the carpet but I I would now have to arrange for a carpet layer to complete the job.
Later in the day after inspecting the work undertaken I noticed that the shower panel had a small glass chip and that the wardrobe sliding doors (3) did not slide together leaving spaces between the doors. After following up again with Shower well we were advised that their Wardrobe sliding doors do not come with clip- this is extra?
Would never use them again.

These people are brilliant. I purchased a shower from them and they did a great job installing it. I found them to be highly knowledgeable, very friendly, and eager to help me find the best solution for my shower area. Their products and service were also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.
