After this Signature Franchise robbed me of over $26,000 in commissions I left them14 months ago absolutely disgusted at the way they do business. I was a major contributor to their business turnover and profitability at the time. And this is how they treat their people!

The business owner Allan Moore says in rebuttal to a post I made at the time that I was a former disgruntled employee/contractor. Of course I was disgruntled. He refuses to pay me $26,000 - the commission agreed to in my written contract!
His excuse is it was a "misunderstanding" and he paid the commission to another party who was not involved in the sales. 14 months since leaving and he still refuses to honor the contract he signed - the contract with his 'Signature' on it.
We were told it takes around 7 or 8 months to build and finish you a house but at least 6 of the 7 houses I sold for him between April 2017 and October 2017 were not completed by mid November 2018. We're talking 14 to 18 months here! What is going on?

Allan Moore has proven to me that he and his lacks integrity and cannot be trusted. Would I recommend anyone places their trust in this business? Absolutely Not!

Very disappointing experience with this Signature Franchise and it's owner.
I am owed more than $26,000 (earned as per signed contract) which he refuses to pay and I can no longer recommend to potential clients. His Signature on the written contract appears to be worth nothing.

I have dealt with Alex Greig over a range of businesses and his customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is consistently first class. Highly recommended. "

This Signature Franchise and its manager Allan Moore cannot be trusted. If you are looking at building companies I would stay well away from here. He refuses to pay me tens of thousands of dollars for houses I sold for him. He has around 24 builds happening and just 2 project managers.
I have found there are honest building companies around who operate on much lower margins so you can get a better home for less cost than here.

Beware of this dodgy business, An Alex Greig from the manukau branch tried to con my parents for a hefty $150,000 - $200,000. He quoted them them the normal price (about $200,000) to build a 2 bedroom flat out the back of their property, but when we were moving to the next step he told them it would cost a further $150,000 - $200,000 just to connect up the utilities! I was so shocked and disappointed that someone from a business like this would try to con elderly people like this. So please beware and do not use this dodgy company
