Silk Design and Build

We used Anand & his team to build a brand new general dental practice. Right from the initial meeting, we felt appreciated & like our business was important - much unlike a large 'competitor' we initially engaged, who couldn't have been more useless if they tried! Hence ditching them & deciding to go with Silk Design and Build.
This 'building a new practice' malarkey was a first for me - Anand & team were fantastic at keeping me on course the whole way through. Even though we are small-fry, on the scheme of things, Anand & his team NEVER made us feel this way (unlike the earlier mentioned 'competition'!). Even when I felt out of MY depth at times, these guys knew their stuff & made the whole experience so much easier allaying many stresses for me along the way. Their communication was fantastic & they ensured we were kept informed with what was happening. Attention to detail in the planning stage was brilliant. We successfully hit our opening date on target too! Four years after opening, our practice still gets many MANY compliments on how beautiful it is & we could not be happier with the results! Silk design and build provided the complete FITOUT for the Justcuts at Ormiston Town Centre. We had very tight timeline and my Store had to be operation for the mall opening ceremony. Silkdnb manage to pull it off against all odds. They take pride in their work and even they feel the finish needs improvement they make time and attend it professionally.

We engaged the Silk team for demolition of a bank interior and a complete high-end build of our dental centre. Our project involved a very bespoke design, and a number of challenges came up along the way from plumbing to council issues. Anand and the team stepped up and did an amazing job of resolving every issue. We have very high standards and the Silk team were committed to doing the best possible work. We got very good value for money from the project management as well as the building work, and would definitely use Silk again in future.

Not sure where to start from? What a fantastic bunch of people they are! Of course I can’t name everyone here but its important to make some of them famous starting from the Boss Man – Anand, Nikhil, Moazzam, Ceci, Zoey, Sunil, Steve and the list goes on. Words are less to describe Silk Design and Build and their work. I have been dealing with this fantabulous bunch from almost 7 years now and they have successfully completed at least 4 of my projects starting from planning till we receive the final CCC. Honestly speaking it’s hard to convince someone like me but they have always managed to do so with their quality work. Secondly it’s all about peace of my mind for me and once they start your project I can promise you will have peace of mind.

Also one important thing I have noticed is, these guys are one of the very few people who always think out of the box to make your project looks exceptional and different from others. In my opinion they are one of the best architect and designer I came across. I would like to mention some qualities of Silk Design and Build.

Very professional and timely service. Nothing is a problem. They have a great team, which is always accommodative and talk you through the process.
Our project had some roadblocks due to the council and Silk Builders and their team gave us timely honest advise and cost effective solutions to get through the council - shows how experienced they are specially when dealing with the council.
