We have had our Silver Spa for close to two months, we love it. It works like a dream, quality and workmanship all as we would expect. We had fantastic dealings with the Team and delivery was handled efficiently and easily. Thanks so much.

We are very happy with our new Silver Spa! Right from the very beginning Darlene was excellent with her communication and helped us choose the right Spa for our family. I did my research and I am very pleased we went with Silver Spas! I highly recommend Silver Spas.

Our experience with Silver Spa have been very different with some who left positive comments here. Again we feel let down by this. To think why do I see such a difference in the services we get as same consumers. I don’t know. But nonetheless it shouldn’t happen. Bought our spa here but the communication was absolutely poor. We were treated poorly and somewhat treated like kids! Absolutely shocked. Maybe others here didn’t have much problems with their spa and didn’t have to deal with fixing it under warranty. Well you are lucky because it was one hell of a experience.
Took us almost a year with getting it all fixed and working properly again and throughout that stressful, stressful time we were very unhappy with the poor customer service and communication from Silver Spa. Absolutely appalling and thinking this is the kind of service we get after buying that is such high price item is just unbelievable. If we think about all the stress, all the time and effort trying to deal with them to help us get our spa back to normal as it should it is just not worth buying from them in the first place. Even writing this reminds we of what it was like and starting to feel overwhelmed again. I believe that a good company actually care and value their customers not just at the time when you are purchasing. There shouldn’t be a difference in the service whether you have or have not got any issues of the item you bought and whether they got their funds in their bank account from your purchase. I had a scroll down to find 1 star comments below and not surprising that most of them had complaints about bad customer service when they started to have issues with their spa so buyers BE AWARE. Don’t go through what some of us been through because it is just not worth it. There are better spa companies out there but unfortunately this isn’t one of them.

I cant recommend highly enough. I asked about a spa during lockdown and Gina was amazing and I had a spa that I wanted within 3 months. It was delivered and fitted by a lovely young man. I use every evening its amazing.

The whole process of purchasing and the installation of our spa was second to none. This is an excellent company to deal with, when we ordered the spa we shortly afterwards went into lock down which meant a long delay in stocks arriving in New Zealand. Silver spa kept in touch throughout this period with updates on expected delivery times. They hit the nail on the head and the spa arrived exactly when they said it would. Delivery was awesome and went without a hitch. We are now enjoying the spa which in itself is a wonderful product. Thank you to Silver Spa for your great service.

We are very happy with our spa purchase. Gina kept in contact as the spa came from Australia. The delivery and installation was seamless by the Silver Spas team. Three weeks into using our spa and we are wrapt. Definitely a 5 star. Many thanks.

Had our spa 3 months and after doing our 1st empty I am super impressed with everything. Contact and communication is amazing, the spa exceeds my expectations. I looked around for spa for a few months before deciding on the M355 +. I made contact and was soon in touch with Gina who was thorough and professional and very helpful. The spa was a good price and is Aus/USA made and good quality. Delivery etc was all straightforward and on time and its going great. Thank you very much.

We recently took delivery of our Swim Spa from Silver Spas and are absolutely thrilled with it. Right from the start the staff were friendly and efficient and extremely personable. The delivery and placement ran smoothly and the pool is very impressive - more than we anticipated. It serves a multi-function for us as we can have family and friends over to take a splash in the warmer months and then we have the option of using it as a private spa in the cooler months. There are lots of spa companies out there but we are please we settled on Silver Spas. Delivery was when we were told it would be and that went smoothly. Any questions have been quickly answered and we love our spa!

Great spa we have this for 12 months and have used it most days over winter and at low temp over summer. Excellent service our site required a delicate manoeuvre to get it installed and the staff went above and beyond.

We purchased our M245 + spa from Silver Spa's after months of deliberating and review different companies. Gina was amazing to deal with, from the original enquiry and right through to after service. We love the look of the spa, and the benefits for my husband's health have been wonderful. Even our 8 year old enjoys family time in the spa every night! Highly recommend this company. Silver Spas X539 package (pool, covers, cover lifters, chemicals and delivery) has proved to be just what we wanted. We use it for 45 minutes, six days a week, to actually swim so it’s a crucial part of our health and fitness. The purchase was an easy process and delivery (by Silver Spas contractor SkyHook) was perfectly executed into a tight spot. After four months the running costs equate to a good bottle of wine a week. A great investment. Thanks to Sean and the Team.

We have had our X529 Synergy swim spa for a while now and it is awesome. After a day of beach and surfing coming home to this spa just tops the day off. Also entertaining friends and family especially kids is never goes wrong. We have a woodfire pizza oven as well pizza spa parties, with the wood fire at night is mean. We love it and im about to get a home gym so with lock downs im glad we have it.

We shopped around extensively, but the package Darlene put together for us was definitely the best value for money. Gina and the other staff were very knowledgeable. Their electrician Miles gave such fantastic service and really took the time to explain the chemicals and the operation and features of the spa. Would highly recommend.

Darlene and her staff were super helpful and friendly and the delivery went very smoothly despite the challenges on site. The spa is keeping us sane and the kids entertained during lockdown! Added bonus is that ours son's swimming skills are improving by the day! Thanks again for all your help, we love our new spa!
