Great result for our outdoor lighting for our house renovation which Simpson Electrical advised on and installed using product that didn’t cost the earth and looks great.

No show.
Appointment at 1: 30PM. Called them at 3: 30PM. Got told electrician (Conna) called in sick and no one bothered to tell Sue, the person making the booking. Wasted a day off specifically for you guys. Got given a date after 1 week as other appointments until then had more priority then the one I had. Makes me feel as though other clients are higher priority than me. Could have taken out an hour before then.
You guys need to communicate better within your business. This is ultimately best for the customer. Shame I to had to give you a 1 star review when you could have avoided this very easily. I wasn't asking for much.

Simpson electrical installed new power points in the house we are renovating, once installed we were then able to remove a partial wall. In a flash the electrician with the help of one of his tools took the wall down for us. In my book he delivered on all points.

Peter turned up to the job when he said he was going to. In less than half an hour, he identified the problem, explained it fully to me, and fixed the issue. Exemplary service.

Workmanship is great! Kept work areas nice and tidy. New lights were installed throughout the house (high ceilings and very little cavity space in other areas). Pete and co got the job done. Awesome can do attitude.

Pete and his team have completed a number of different projects for me from small PowerPoint jobs through to full rewire and fuse board replacement. Peter's advice has always saved me time and money. His advice on my new LED lighting set up now means we pay less for power and have awesome new types of lights I had never heard of. Punctual and always polite. If you're looking for an honest, hard working sparky Pete is your man.

Peter and his team are so amazing! They rewired my rental property (it was built in 1940 so switch board and wiring all need update), installed all light fittings, switch gears, extraction fans, range hood and heat pump. Basically everything. Their work made such a big difference to my property. They are very efficient, worked very well with other tradies onsite. Without them there's no way I can finish my big renovation project in just two weeks. And they kept all work well under the budget we initially agreed. They thought about all the stuff I need and organised everything so nicely and I didn't need to worry about anything. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to Peter and the team!
