Dragged along coming out for the quote for weeks on end with lots of unanswered messages and calls. A refusal to do the work would of been better. Tried to be understanding for busy schedule but very poor communication. From original acceptance to come out to do quote, to the final last attempt at getting a response if he would come out at all was a month in total. No reply. Kai o te kurī.
