Has been here for a long time, some good things about it however I think it needs way more TLC. Lifts and elevators were broken and weren't the best experience.

We did bowling which although fun was very expensive $18 per person per game
$7 a game of pool
Food $15 for chips $20 for onion rings.
Staff friendly but love the music so loud its hard to talk.
Can't lie the place was busy though.

Planned to play some bowling but got there and told after 5pm under 18's can't participate which is a bummer as 5 of my 6 kids are under 18, so we couldn't do anything as a group and had to go in the arcade play some games and for 6 kids it is quite expensive

Always something to do at the square or inside the complex. Nice place to shill out with all the birds, cafe-terrasses, restaurants, media activities (large outdoor screen), music bands. For example we followed parts of the last America cup live from the Aotea square.

Not good, the place is dead. Food court is dead, all eateries on the upper fellows are either moved out or ready to go. The place is a ghost two. E, ceot for Daiso Japanese store and Movie theatre upstairs, Carl's Junior. Civic parking in basements but Rosie days are gone. This used to be called Planet Hollywood. Don't bother visiting it.

Went with sis and housemates to watch wonder women 1984. It was an amazing experience. Loved the movie and also loved the theatre. The sound and picture quality was good. Good place to enjoy, have some good food, plays games in game on, bowling and more. Thank you.

It's a cool fun place to go especially if you want to get lost with the 20 thousand escalators. I think the architect whilst having quite an imagination might have been to his best friend's wedding the night before.

The toilets are locked and we had to find someone to show our receipt in order to use them as customers. The food court is half closed because of the covid and the place isn't what it used to be like.

This place hasn't recovered from the departure of Starbucks in 2016, and now Burger King has also departed. It needs a gateway store at street level on the Queen Street side. Come back Starbucks!

Toilets often out of action and everytime we come to visit Auckland the place seams more empty and more run down

All escalators were off. Areas blocked with signs. You would think everything is closed. Great places for family day.

The food court is disappointing, I suspect due to very high rents, the toilets are now all locked, you need a combination.i guess that tells a story on the patronage

Pros: they have free wifi on the gf and 1st floors, many selections of food, heaps of entertainment (game on, cinemas, bowling)
Cons: dirty toilets, hard to navigate for the first timers. The rear side of the building (behind the cinemas) is so dusty and dirty.

Good place to take the kids. The staff were a little more interested in chatting with each other than actually serving. But was overall a fun time.

Feels a little dated in the lower food hall and some empty shops yet to be filled. There is slowly an effort been made to update.

To be honest, the eateries in here are mostly average. Especially the food hall downstairs. Very few healthy options and alot of average fast food. Entertainment areas are o.k, include some games rooms with dinosaur mini golf. The theature is good but their food menu is insanely overpriced and rubbish. Only place I really love in here is papa rich.

Large place.
A little bit worn-out but good for a short hangout.
Quite a few fun things to do inside.
Enjoy!

Even though there's a cinema. Both times I've been there it's a nice chill place. Not crowded like I thought it would be
