For the first time in 8 years I am now sleeping throughout the night! I am waking refreshed and without the chronic lower back pain I have become so accustomed to. Having been through 5 failed lower back surgeries and multiple spinal fusions, this is huge for me.
Your attention to detail and the individualised, genuinely caring help in selecting the correct bed for me, was super refreshing.
As a physiotherapist of in excess of 30 years experience I will be recommending Sleep Space to anyone in need!

Disappointing communication. There were three small delays in our bed being ready to collect which we were never called about, after the third time they offered free delivery. The delivery guy put a long cut through the upholstery (accidents happen) but again we had no contact from the owners until I called them over a week later. Last week I was assured the replacement base would be delivered today, but again, no contact. It has now been over two months since our purchase.

3 stars because service was very good in store and we are happy with the bed (despite the damaged base.)

We wandered in to sleep space fairly accidentally, we’d talked about buying a new bed but had been avoiding the Fluorescent lit, pushy salesmen experience we thought we needed to endure to get one. How wrong we were! The Sleep Space has such a calm inviting atmosphere, the music is perfect, the upholstered headboards are gorgeous, everything is lit and displayed beautifully (it even smells great!) and Col really knows his stuff! He was available to answer our questions but we never once felt like we were being hovered over or sold too. We have upgraded from a queen to the comfiest super king I’ve even laid on and some cloud like pillows. We couldn’t be happier - what an amazing space and superb shopping experience you have created!

I cant recommend Sleep Space enough. Deb and Colin are exceptionally nice people and very knowledgeable.

My wife and I had to replace our initial purchase and every effort was made to make the exchange experience easy and fair.

Colin was extremely patient and thoughtful throughout our decision making and made sure we were able to participate in the sale prices long after the sales had ended.

Right away from when my partner and I walked in, we knew this was a quality establishment.

From the subtle scent of candles, a calm inviting feeling about the space and most importantly the people, being welcoming and warm but with zero pressure we couldn’t help but walk out after buying a new mattress which we hadn’t intended on.

The staff are the owners themselves and have decades of experience in their trade. Coupled with top quality stock, this is one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in years.

This place also has a great selection of beds reasonably priced, and the space is very well laid out with a subtle calming scent, making it a pleasant experience overall. We have been looking to buy a new bed for a while and visited all the big retailers who never seemed to have the answers to our questions like 'what is the best position for me to be in when recovering from knee surgery' OR ' i constantly have lower back pain, can a Tempur adjustable help and how? '
Deb and Colin at Sleep Space spent time with us, asking us questions about our lifestyles and what we were used to as far as beds go. Quite simply, they cared about us as individuals, whether we were serious shoppers or not.they cared.
We ended up making the best decision of our lives and purchased a Tempur adjustable with a mattress that was perfect for me and another that was perfect for my husband.
Adjustable beds are not just for old people! We have never been happier with a purchase in our lives.
