Awesome customer service quick, easy, cheerful and very, very helpful. Purchased 2 double beds with the standard delivery as well as installation/assembly. Took 3 days to deliver and assembly of the beds was booked in for the following week as our house was under renovations and rooms were still in the process for completion. Assembly was done next day once booked. Very happy with his service as I wouldn't have had the patience to assemble all the parts and no doubt would have forgotten a few screws. Would recommend any purchases from this store very affordable, modern and chic.

The way these people run their business I am surprised it still exists, customer service is very poor and advertising is false as I ordered online and trusted what was advertised (bad idea) the bed was extremely uncomfortable and sleep center did not want anything to do with it I was also told when confronting them about my issues that most of the reviews were lies lol i find that very hard to believe. I highly recommend to shop elsewhere very unhappy with the purchase

I have bought 6 beds from Sleepcenter Beds over the past year and they are fantastic beds! I buy the whole set with mattress, headboard and frame. They are gorgeous and super comfortable. I recently had a delivery problem with one of the beds and Sam, the owner called me immediately to sort it out. Nicky in the office stayed with me every step of the way and expedited the next shipment. The quality of the beds is excellent and the service is personal and professional. I highly recommend this company!

Affordable bed and mattress. The cheapest that I've found so far. I got my my Queen bed and mattress combo for less than 1k. They have payment option and finance plan suitable for all your financial situation. Afterpay, Oxipay and others plan are available in store and online. I found their shop from Trademe.

Its my go to place for matresses. They are quality yet affordable. Vome vacuum packed for transport pretty amazing.

After paying for my bed they THEN told me it was out of stock so I wait 11days for it…
I received the bed on a Monday morning start putting it together that evening only to realise it’s the complete wrong size, I inform them straight away only for them to tell me il need to wait till next week for a replacement. I am heavily pregnant and am now forced to sleep on a mattress on the floor until they can get a replacement… just not good enough!

Excellent customer service from Kavisha (apologies if I have spelled his name wrong) he was very helpful, informative, detailed and friendly. He was very attentive to us and all the other customers and remained calm as it got busy. Top service. We bought the Orthopedic 2 x Gel Top Pocket Sprung Mattress with 2 x Bamboo pillows which we have had for a couple of weeks now and we love it. Best sleep and comfort. So reasonably priced and great value for money. Thank you Sleepcenter Beds.

Whether you choose to believe it or not, bad customer service received by this man in Sleep Centre Store, penrose. I purchased queen bed yesterday. However product was good but wasn’t sure if the mattress I purchased was the same one I saw in store. As I paid extra for the mattress. I wanted to know so I revisit the store next day. Same guy who sold the bed came and I asked him simple question, he as so rude started an argument without knowing his product knowledge. I will highly recommend not to go to him he doesn’t know what customer service is or how to deal with customers.

Nikki and the team were absolutely amazing - the service was outstanding and the bedbase (freighted to South Island) arrived within 4 days, its great- just what I wanted - Nikki is such a lovely lady to deal with and kept me informed all the way through the purchase - thank you:)

Competitively priced and good range of mattresses. Mattresses come boxed and deflated so they are easy to transport even in a normal sized vehicle. I recently purchased a contour memory pillow for half the price of similar products at Briscoes.

Bought a queen size slat bed, with headboard and drawers in the base, about a month ago. Easy to put together. Surprisingly comfortable. Very impressed. Very good communication from Sleepcenter.

Affordable beds. Bought a medium queen bed a few weeks ago as previous bed was too firm. The medium bed worked better for my body being a side sleeper. The place was recommended through a friend who bought beds a few years ago, seems that they are still using it. The warranty for the spring in the mattress is 5 years. The mattresses came vacummed packed, could fit in the SUV with back seats taken out. Will see how long the mattress will last and probably write a review again in the future. For the price, if it can last for 5 years, I think its great value.

When I was told about this place I thought it sounded too good to be true, no way could I get a good quality new bed that cheap. But I’ve had my bed for about a month now and I love it! So comfy and great quality. The owners are so friendly and were great to deal with, and the delivery driver was great, also friendly and efficient. Thanks so much!

Living in an apartment block here in the CBD, it isn't always easy to find door to door service during these covid restrictions, but these guys provided exactly that. No stress or hassles.
