With Isaac off on his OE, Mike stepped in to do our electrical work; this is his second visit and, as with Isaac, we have appreciated his punctuality, work ethic and friendliness.

Gareth was an absolute legend! He had great communication which eased our stresses around a power outage on such a cold night. He was super respectful too, even going so far as to take his shoes off before coming inside! He fixed our outage without stress and we were all smiles by the end of it. Tracy who took my phone call was fabulous. Our house painters were starting and we needed to cover the power lines for safety. Tracy explained how they would do it, the costs involved and that they could come when we needed them. Gareth then followed up with a confirmation call. They arrived and sorted it all out perfectly.

Gareth from Slipper Electrical was doing a job for our neighbours and noticed that our Internet line was hanging loose. He alterted us to the problem and offered to fix it. Five minutes later he had climbed up his ladder and tied it safely to the utility pole! I offered to pay but there was no charge! Thanks Gareth, you are a star!

Needed a couple of light fittings replaced and wanted it done ASAP, one call to Slipper to ‘log the job’ and 2 hours later the electrician rang to see when it would be convenient to come. Turned up 25 minutes later, switched on, polite and extremely professional. 45 minutes later the lights were up, any mess was cleared and he even applied some filler to a hole beneath the switch plate free of charge. Absolutely recommend.

Wonderful, knowledgeable guys. Arrived on time, thorough job, great ideas, and even cleaned up, including vacuuming when they were done.

They have done electrical job in my pool house. Showed up two weeks later after first "URGENT" call. Spent 5 min to tell that pump is faulty. Charge was $118.15. I had to spend even more to purify the pool water. Pool people fitted a new pump the same day.
