Smales Farm reviews
36Very great atmosphere and easy to find a park. Nice little selection of different cafes and places great for breakfast and lunches. Very close to motorway and has a pleasant feeling. Will definitely return again in the future #nomsayin
Fantail and Turtle has an excellent gin list and the atmosphere on a Friday night is fun. The platters were to die for.
Parking nazis.probably some of the worst placed signs and they're relentless with tickets. Needs more bike parks.
Was very nice! Enjoy the time and the nice people to visit the market! A very relaxing place. Authentic, different, original. Every body enjoy the event every month. The managers really know how to put up the show. Congratulations. See you there.
Great location for a catch up with friends. However pick your days as it can get windy and cold down there.
$15 for a pie.that is more of a meat pocket. The restaurant was empty, but took 20 mins for them to throw in the microwave. I felt robbed
Had fun watching Farmagedoen Shaun the Sheep movie for the Outdoor Movie.looking forward to next one next week.
Lovely spot in Takapuna for a quick spot of lunch. Ripe Deli is my personal favorite place to pick up some tasty treats!
Shake Out burgers for brunch. Quality ingredients, luv the cheese sauce with the fries. Shakes were great too. Went down to Lake Pupuke to eat. Superb.
We had a great visit to the Smales Farm monthly farmers market. We purchased exquisite oyster mushrooms fresh from the grower. Had a tasty breakfast from a super cute retro caravan. Stocked up on edible treats, and gifts. And ordered some crafts to be made in a fabric of our choice. So many stalls to hold our attention. We even bought treats for the dog. We will be back for sure, just need to time our trips to Auckland for the right weekend
Friendly staff in surrounding shops, water fountains are my favourite part. However I wish they'd finish off the seal on the distant carparks so there aren't so many loose stones
With the Goodside now open this traditional office park is transforming itself into its stated next generation neighbourhood. I love what theyre doing for the North Shore so we dont have to travel over the bridge for better food anymore. RIPE has the most delicious savoury brioche's and sweet treats, Shake out are simple delicious burgers, & sushi albeit on the slightly more expensive side of sushi is eloquently presented and delish. Fantail and Turtle - More beer taps than expected and a sweet bar menu of delicious pizzas, fried chicken & their cheese chilli wontons are tasty. Nice one guys!
There's a voice that talks to you in the bathroom. I've called him Jared and he is my friend. Jared is the only thing that brings me joy anymore. Thank you Jared
Last Sunday of every month is the Caffeine and Classics event. Classic car enthusiasts from all over the Greater Auckland Region park their cars, get a coffee and wander around looking at other cars, meeting club members and just socialising. The event is run by Protecta Insurance who specialize in classic cars. In the 5 years it has been running, its grown from 20 cars to (for the 5th anniversary in March) approximately 1800 classic, vintage, performance and 'interesting' cars, trucks and motorcycles.
Not a great selection of food there is a subway but birds poo inside and hang around food prep and eating areas its gross, dairys are expensive.this place is mostly work buildings
