The driver was disgusting. I got blocked in for parking at the wrong spot (there were No clear signs that said I couldn’t park there). Drivers behaviour was disgusting to say the least. Yelling, cussing and degrading at another human being is absurd.
I only have praise for the team at SKOPIK. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff. He is a shining example of professionalism and true customer service, something that can't be said for all service industries. He was able to come up with a solution with great communication. There was no fuss and I would recommend SKOPIK to all my family and friends.
For many years I have been searching for a company that understands my needs and requirements. From day 1 it was a pleasure to deal with SKOPIK's customer service team. The technicians that arrived onsite were well mannered and extremely knowledgeable. Their workethics surpassed anything I've seen before.
