Nathan did a really good job in installing our security system at our new home. He was very thorough in explaining all the things we needed to do and was very patient in answering all our questions. The installation was really well done and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company! Looking forward to doing business again soon.

The guys from Smart Installations are brilliant - from the first phone call I had with them, which was so helpful and positive, to the work they did on the day installing a new 85 inch TV and a few other smaller things. They did an amazing job, and were awesome company for the day as a bonus:) We are getting them back soon to do some other stuff that we have been meaning to get to for a while. Highly recommended!

An extremely good service. We have used SIL for a significant fresh start installation, maintenance and additions to the system over the last 6 years and are very happy with everything - products and service - even though it is complex and subject to the usual needs of a high-tech system. Routine issues that arise are quickly solved, often remotely. The current personnel have been the same over the last few years and go out of their way to get the job done.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Smart Installations. I used them for their expertise on equipment and installation. They were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and they genuinely went the extra mile to produce outstanding results. Top work and team!

Absolute first class team. Their advice, solution and then execution were exceptional. Had our tv wall mounted with no cables visible. All boxes - Sky, Playstation etc in garage and access through tiny infra red attached to tv. Looks fantastic, no need for any plaster touch ups.

We received an excellent service from Smart Installations. The technician arrived on time and did a very professional job of mounting our TV on the wall and connecting it up. All fully tested before hand over.

Smart Installations have done a brilliant job installing our Apollo Enclosure and doing the required electrical work. Wayne has made the whole process very easy for us.

Wayne and the team cam at 8am and by 2pm my wifi was running extremely well. So helpful and such nice people easy to talk to and no question seemed to be silly.thanks team for all your help with my distance fiber wifi issues.

They provided excellent service from the initial consultation with Wayne to the end of the project. I was delighted with Breau and Peter's workmanship, courtesy and overall thoroughness. Breau answered my questions and addressed all the concerns as much as possible.
They installed the TV on the wall with all wiring, and the result is tremendous (I have included a few photo).
Moreover, while I was disappointed with the previous job done by another vendor, Smart Installations guys fixed the problem without any fuss and at a fair cost.
Overall, excellent communicators and honest with competent technical skills. I would not hesitate to have work with professionals who provide the same exemplary standard of service and professionalism as Smart Installations Ltd.

Smart Installation did a great job with our home automation system. It had previously been installed by another supplier who did a very poor job, leaving us highly frustrated. The team at Smart installation were professional and a pleasure to deal with, keeping us informed every step of the way. After years of struggling (and spending a lot of money) with our previous supplier we now have a system that is a joy and easy to use thanks to Smart Installation. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Not even worth one star-phoned this company and made an appointment, took time off work to be at home-they did not turn up or bother to call and cancel. Called them to see why, left a message but they did not even have the decency to return my call-have since been told by another customer that they are very unprofessional and overpriced

Unlike another reviewer on this site, my experience of Glenn and Glen has been extremely positive. I have been using them for a reasonably complex AV/IT residential project and have had dealings with them now over many months. They have been professional, timely and have gone out of their way to ensure a good finished product. When there have been issues, they have visited the site quickly to remedy and they have been easy to contact. Overall, very good to deal with and technically highly competent and supplying good equipment.
