Smile Dental : Albany Dentists

Not to bad, but they say affordable but my filling was nearly $400 and was told that it wasn’t that big, so I think the price should have been reduced.

Got my teeth cleaned, didn't get any anesthesia for it, which was quite good actually better than the other dentist I used to go to.

The free check up thing is a scam. The dentist tells you you need x-rays which cost more than just paying to go to a dentist and get a check which includes x-rays. The dentist was watching TV have the time we were in the room. Wasn't impressed.

Make you feel so uncomfortable the Rosedale branch was disgraceful & they are terrible dentists on top of being so rude

Dr. Ala and the Albany clinic are caring and look after the patients really professionally. I happily recommend a visit.

I brought my wife in this branch arrive 10 min before her booking after 30 min of waiting we notify the staff who never even ask why we are there. She check her computer but for whatever reasons they can not attend my wife but instead she advise us that she can rebook my wife to their Glenfield mall branch. What a joke are these people in this branch are

I found smile dental to be fantastic they where very compassionate and gentle and went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best most essential dental treatment taking into account my budget. Very friendly and quick appointment I was expecting to be on a waiting list but was able to get an appointment the next day even offered an appointment for the same day I called.

Dental Hygienist Dana was excellent. Professional, timely, explained the procedure well and thorough clean. Highly recommend.

Im not a fan of the dentist but these guys always look after me. My filling yesterday, after breaking my tooth, was performed quickly but carefully with plenty of checking in to make sure I was okay.

The Management and arrangements is a disaster. The doctor who performed the root canal went to another dental clinic and I was told that they would replace the root canal operation with another doctor, but for an additional $900 NZD.

Been seeing Dr Cynthia Shi, both myself and my partner as very happy with her, great dentist, professional, and efficient, really good at her job and had 3 fillings and a clean with her so far and really happy with everything.

I am afraid of going to the dentist, but these folks made me feel quite comfortable, and it didn't seem to take longer than necessary.

No issues afterwards, and the fact they follow up is splendid.

It was easy to get an emergency appointment and they were able to fix the issue at the first appointment. My dentist advised me of some different options and then worked very quickly carefully. She was very considerate polite and friendly. Thank you
