Dr Sam and his team at Manukau did an awesome job. My dental requirements were very challenging for them but Dr Sam's precision, skill and humility made me feel at ease during the whole process. I highly recommend them for any dental work. Such a cheerful bunch too! God bless them.

Absolutely Amazing fast friendly efficient service. Needed a tooth extraction and was seen within the day. Surgeon was absolutely Orsum such a life saver free of pain now cant thank him enough also gave helpful advice for after extraction an receptionist was absolutely lovely. What topped it off was being able to transfer payment from my account in Palmerston North to Manukau branch

Dr Sam was really helpful. I felt comfortable and relaxed. He properly discussed my health and results from the exam, and broke it down for me in simple terms. I had been experiencing bleeding gums but after a thorough clean, the bleeding has since stopped. Would definitely visit again.

EDIT: Have made my annual check up and Dr Sam is still efficient and professional as the first time.

I was seen on time, the team were polite, professional and had a good sense of humour. My dentist was very thorough and explained the whole process and options available. I had a tooth extracted and post recovery has been fine. The post care information was easy to follow. I will definitely be returning in future.

I felt very rushed during my appointment and coerced into getting a second x-ray that cost nearly $100. I should have just stuck to my normal dentist

I visited clinic yesterday. I was very nervous at first but Dentist did a great job. I did not feel any pain while my tooth was extracted and also filling. Definitely would recommend Smile Dental without any doubt

I have been a patient at the Manukau branch for a couple years now, it is sometimes difficult to understand and communicate with staff there. I have also been putting money aside weekly for the last 6 months in to the dental account reffered to myself but is not in their system which is very unusual, it may be a tech issue im not sure but it isnt very helpful customer care. Overall OK service.

Rudest staff imaginable, they will be rude to your face and then gossip between each other about people right in front of them, it was a disgusting display.

Omg it was great they were so fast explained the after care and talked me through what was happening which i appreciate they are also cheaper than other place i have been.

10/10 experience, really kind staff all that I interacted with, super fast everything, no pain during or even after! I literally only took pain killers twice after getting wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it out, I took the painkillers as soon as I got home like he said but I was still numb for ages after I didn't really need the first lot to be honest my pain scale honestly didn't go above 4 during and after procedure! Definitely recommend Manukau branch my dentist was Sam I think his name was, really professional yet super relaxed & non judgemental vibes from all staff 10/10

On arrival I went straight into surgery.
The whole procedure was explained by Sam my dentist, including costs and ongoing care.
A memorable pleasant experience.heading back for my follow up soon.
