Useless. Wanted 3 weeks before they could replace or windscreen. Pukekohe Windscreens did it within a couple of days.

How many times is my booking for my windshield gonna be rescheduled first they ordered the wrong windscreen then they put the wrong location come on you guys can do better for crying out loud my crack in my windscreen is so big and its been 3 weeks now and still waiting really bad wont use them again

After multiple phone calls and complaining to head office. They replaced the glass with the original.

Untrustworthy and Fraudsters.
I booked my car for rear windscreen replacement with the prior confirmation that they will replace with original Mitsubishi Glass, but they installed aftermarket glass. I asked them 3-time when I went to collect my car, and they said yes, it’s authentic. When I asked for the work statement, they said they never provide to anyone. I had my doubt, so I rang their head office, they said it’s aftermarket glass. I emailed to their head office and asked them to bring back aftermarket glass and install the original one, but two weeks and five calls later still no response from them.

I find the staff to be really friendly, however unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. The first time I booked my car in they discovered a chip in the new windscreen so couldn’t fit it. The second time it was the wrong windscreen. I understand some things are out of your control but checking the windscreens when they arrive in store or at least prior to the day of booking should be a basic duty. I have decided to rebook elsewhere.

Would not recommend smith & smith pukekohe went in to get a chip in my windscreen done they looked at it and took my details and said someone would phone to book it in which was weird instead of booking while I was there, didn’t hear back from them at all! Waste of bloody time so went to novus who fixed it straight away, also emailed smith and smith customer care which they didn’t respond worst company to bloody deal with

My windshield was replaced no problem but the constant nagging of the wipers up selling nonsense really put me off. I only replaced the wipers a month before hand they worked perfectly while cleaning the windscreen even with their demonstration and they still tried to tell me the wipers were bad.

My experience of Smith and Smith Glass Pukekohe

I took my Jeep Gladiator 2021 in for a wind screen replacement. After receiving several texts as reminders, I thought they were onto it.

But no not to be.

After dropping my vehicle off last Friday to receive a phone call an hour later saying we can't do your windscreen. We don't have a program on our computer to match your vehicle. You'll have to come back when we get a computer from another branch.

I FOUND THE LACK OF FORWARD PLANNING BY PUKEKOHE SMITH AND SMITH GLASS TO BE BEYOND A JOKE.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PUT OTHER CLIENTS THROUGH THE SAME INCONVENIENCE.

After experiencing such great service previously when I had a windshield replaced a couple years ago I didn't hesitate to take my new car back for a chip repair. First I tried booking online but this didn't work, I then called on another day but unfortunately it was late in the day and the ladies computer was very slow, she said an expert will give me a call first thing in the morning, I did get my call at 9.30am where right off the batt the women had a very rude tone to her voice, she had no idea what she was calling me about, I told her I need to book an appointment, she said "you know you can do this online" I was shocked and I said you know what don't even worry about it. I've just called Novus Pukekohe and got an appointment straight away.

Great service, had a side window replaced after it had been broken before Xmas. Arrived a little early, they took my vehicle straight in, was done in the timeframe they had set. Very pleased with this excellent outcome.

Took my car there and was told I only needed a chip repair. Booked it in then told it needed a full replacement. Booked it I again then told the replacement glass was cracked so booked it in again. Took it back in and was told that the 2nd replacement glass was also cracked. Keep in mind every visit I was called a couple of hours after I had left my car there. So wasted 3 days of my 2wk holiday. Have rebooked with Novus.

Bad bad bad, after waiting a week, booked in to get my windscreen replaced. Tech said nut off to the wiper was rusty so said may need a panelbeater because everything underneath would be rusty, Didnt even look! Smith and smith cancelled on me 3x, first they confirmed then cancel 1 hour later not good. Been waiting 3 weeks since

Didn't properly fix a chip and said it would take time to 'heal'. It did not. Also getting 'cocky' with booking procedures. Called and was told to take the car in to be looked at. Took car in and then a booking was placed by rep on site. Then after a day some one from booking center texted back leaving a number to call back and I had to then call them back to make a booking: (which usually takes about a week! They used to be good but I guess business is up so more red tapes! Will try Novus next time.

Very poor booking service from Smith & Smith. Booked me in without checking the parts needed and then had to reschedule the booking for third time and still didn't get that right.

Had my interior mirror fall off on my hilux and was just about closing time for smith&Smith.
However I did not get the guys name that assisted me bt he was cool azz man and very quick fix he related very well to me as a customer and I will be back for any other glass work. Thanks to you and your work place mate.some times it's the little things that count.

Really poor service, have waited two weeks only to receive text booking me in Penrose and when questioned was told they have the right machine but may not be allowed to use it

Good looked after well didn't get the job done as replacement windscreen had scratch tried hard to get another 1 but couldn't I go bk Friday to have it done

Fantastic service here, they really helped us out and took their time to explain in great detail what the problem was with our windscreen and how they fixed it. Highly recommended

Ordered a new back window on a Monday but they couldn't fit it until Friday. Ok so delivered the car on Friday as booked. Less than an hour later they said there was no window to hand. Would I book the car back in tomorrow, Saturday when they would try again.
My point being they had a week to order the window and have it at the workshop for Friday.
Hmm.not very convenient.
