Really good service here. Had my rear window broken after a theft, and these guys were able to see me a couple days later. They were short technicians but still managed to have my window replaced 40mins earlier than expected. Very kind, professional and hygienic. Would recommend!

Used their service twice, and they massed up for both occasion. Technician not getting the right part, and not checking their part on arrival for quality control is big issue with the technician. And lying to their customer to make the issue as an “unexpected” is not going to help. Not recommended at all

The technician tried to charge me $35 for the powder he put on the wind screen.
But I refused it as that does not make sense at all and the replacement cost is fully covered by my insurance.

We booked a car in for a window repair but the company forgot to order the glass. Now we have to wait another 10 days for the glass to arrive. Poor planning and communication on their part!

The service was 10 out of 10.
The staff where helpful friendly and the workshop was clean I'd recommend them to anyone that need windscreen repairs

Had to replace windscreen of my vehicle. After failed first time (?) they manage to replace it.
Windscreen was dirty.
After couple of day the rare view mirror came off while I was driving (how dangerous that could be) what a rubbish work.
And customer service on phone.rubbish as well.
Avoid this shop in city.

Had a windscreen crack, was given a 2: 00Pm appointment, was called an hour before my appointment because they had open space to fit me in earlier. Went in, job was expected to take 3 hours, was done in almost under an hour. The team are super friendly, and very fast and efficient. Will Highly recommend to anyone. Thanks so much.

Outstanding service here! All staff members and leading hand were great in dealing with a warranty refit I had recently just saw. The drop off and pick up was a breeze, communication was top of the line. Carmilo from this branch really went beyond my expectations in sorting out the warranty claim which didn't put me off in using Smith n Smith again. I have full confidence in his workmanship and efforts. Also got my wipers replaced, no regrets.

What a great service! Our repair was done super quickly. From the first call for help with the brilliant call centre team out to Craig who did our repair at St Lukes. Craig was ready for our arrival and even cleaned the seats after fixing the window.

Well.phoned their 0800 number to fix my window.they said to head to st Luke's early on sat morning.but didnt check if the guy was working the week before xmas. So waited half and hour, phoned them back "yeah hes probably just running late". Turns out he'd finished for the holidays.yet 0800 number still sending customers there

I was doing a chip repair here. The chip is hard to be seen before the repair. However, after the repair it was worse as it is very obvious to be seen. Did a few search on the internet and found that some guys doing the repair with a Repairing kit even get much better quality than the "professional service" I got. Also, I see that there were some steps missing as compared to some chip repair standard of procedure found. They just pump the resin to the chip and that's all. No additional resin application on screen surface or post-work polishing. Pls avoid this store if you are booked by them.

St Luke’s “branch” (just a couple of guys in the mall car park) cracked my roof gutter strip.

Customer service told me to return there to get them to confirm the part required to be ordered.

When I arrive I’m told it was pre-existing damage and they show me the form I signed to “prove” this. They had added the damage they did to the form after I signed it! Completely unethical and incompetent. Also wasted my time and money returning.

Customer service called me back from a blocked number and I could t answer at the time and said in the voicemail that they would txt me details to contact them. They failed to txt.

So I have no way to get back in contact with the person dealing with the case.

Subsequently the roof strip flew off the car at 100km/h and could have caused an injury.

The actual windscreen install is poor as well as the seals don’t line up at the bottom corner, likely creating an area for water to pool.

Great service. Fixed a chipped windscreen, great customer service, friendly staff. Car was vacuumed, all windows cleaned and some lollies left in the car as a bonus. Would defiantly recommend, thanks guys!

Astonishly irresponsible approach to business!
While claiming to be ready for you any time you go shopping, when I tried to fix my car's window at St Lukes, they said that everything should be done vie phone or online.
Okay, no problem, called them right away and asked if they could provide me with a new window glass and install it. They gave me a quote and happily confirmed that the next available day for fixing my car at St. Lukes was in 12 days. But, I had an option of going to Henderson to their other branch and get my car fixed the very next day. I agreed and they confirmed that they would expect me the next day.
I had to take a half-day off at work to go to Henderson, aand when I arrived the workers there said they heard nothing about that arrrangement and they idn't have the required parts so they could do nothing! I had to just turn around and leave, half of the day wasted with no result.
3 days later (!) I got a text from Smth&Smith notifying that my previous booking (3 days back) was cancelled and they kindly made another booking for me for some time in future. I couldn't find words expressive enough to reply.
This is just ridiculous and very disappointing. Would never contact this company again.

One star is too many. Booked my van in at St Luke's then found out it's just a pop up shop in the car park where they have a 2.2m max vehicle height. Smart move Smith and Smith. They did nothing to help but say wait another 3 weeks, probably better I go somewhere else the guys working there didn't exactly look competent, just more fresh off the boat cheap labour.

I had a very pleasant experience with Smith and Smith as I got my rear windscreen replaced. They did it in about 3 hours on a Sunday morning as I work during the week and could only get it done on a weekend. The guys went out of their way to vacuum my entire car to make sure they got every last piece of broken glass. They were very easy to deal with and the price was cheaper than anyone else I had called. I would definitely go back here if I need and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicles.

Absolutely useless service. Booked in for replacement windscreen Thursday and arrived only to find out they had changed my appointment to the Monday after without asking or notification. The Monday morning appointment was inconvenient as I had to take time off work, but had already waited a month so accepted it. Arrived on the Monday having booked 4 hour off work to get it done but when I arrived their was no booking form nor the windscreen even tho I received confirmation message and called to double check. They told me they could get the windscreen there in 3 or so hours and it could be ready in 6 I unfortunately had to go back to work. I then called them and asked for a manager to call me back to arrange a new appointment and some solution to the fact I was out of pocket 100bucks for taking the time off work. No response 6 calls made all promised call back never came and had to wait 3 weeks for a new appointment and my partner had to take the day off to sort it costing us a whole lot more money. Cost us double with hours of time waisted.

They are horrible, they promise to replace the glass with the exact same glass and they give you a cheap knock-off.they've also broken my rear view mirror and said that's because the car is too old
