Appalling phone system. Said the wait was 5-10 minutes. Waited 10 then did the call back option. Over one hour later still no call back so I contacted another glass repair business.

Worst service I have ever had! This guy is a joker. Don’t waste your time going to him. Such a bad reflection on Smith and Smith never had bad service from them but this guy takes the cake….

Just had four cracks in my windscreen fixed today. Forgot the guy’s name - Peter? Some of the best automotive service I’ve ever had. Thank you!

Awesome job. Superb new windscreen fitted, plus all the attachments, camera, radar, surrounding facade, WoF, Rego, all re-attached perfectly.
Very helpful consultation to begin on what looked to be a stone chip, but because of the location of the damage, best approach was to replace the windscreen. Richard at Smith&Smith Glass Warkworth dealt directly with my insurer, and also Toyota to re-calibrate the radar and camera following the work. Professional job. WOW! Like new. Great quality windscreen, sparkling new. Could not be happier. Five stars from me.)

I needed my windshield replaced real fast. They accommodated me even though they were already too busy.

Owner was quite rude whilst trying to sort out a miscommunication between him and Smith and smith and made no real effort to fix the issue.

Went in for an insurance windscreen chip repair, the guy has a look at the chip and tells me to comeback in an hour.
When I come back the repair is complete and you can clearly see the chip is still there.
I question the guy about the repair and he says in the most uninterested way " yes its repaired" " If you wanted the chip removed you would need a new windscreen they (insurance) should have told you that"
How would anyone other than the repairer know that the chip was not repairable? He failed to advise me of this fact and then goes on to say
" This is considered repaired now by your insurance and if you request a new windscreen they will charge you a $500 excess" I called my insurance and they said there will be no excess according to my policy and that they will not be paying the repairer for the job. So off to Novus
It appears this guy only does insurance jobs so doesnt care about any customer service. Well he's not getting paid for this one!
DO NOT go here for your windscreen repair.

I called into S&S in Warkworth with a very fresh stone chip on my windscreen.
Gentleman there sorted me out straight away.

A stone took out my windscreen and I was relieved to find a Smith and Smith agency in Warkworth. Replacement quote was just over $900 (the screen has a rain sensor). Surprised at cost so booked at S &S North Shore. The replacement was $610 and the service excellent.

Stone chip filled so well I cant even see where it was! Was ready within an hour of my booking. Happy with service.

Spent a while trying to sort out insurance fixes and waiting for shipping etc so had to come in a few times. Popping in was a joy. Dude was friendly as and a good laugh. It's the kinda place where going in multiple times is all good because the dude is do friendly. Will return if I need to

Went in a while ago but never again. Very rude person! Worth driving to Wellsford very helpful. You can also fill up with cheaper petrol.

Very poor service. Arrogant person to deal with. Would not recommend. Go anywhere else for better experience!
