Simone and team helped me with a technical issue on a recent purchase - Kayano 29s. Sufficed to say problem solved. Upgraded to Kayano 30s! Great service. As a repeat customer I appreciate the effort.

This shop is fantastic. I have been buying sneakers here for years, and my family shops here too.

Today I saw Anthony (a podiatrist) for a free assessment at the shop. I was a bit skeptical that he may make me buy the most expensive shoes in the shop, but he was fantastic! He told me that my current shoes (purchased previously from Smiths Shoes) were great, and to keep wearing them. He also gave great advice and worked out a way to correct an ongoing issue with pain that I’ve had (from wearing narrow shoes at work), to make the shoes more comfortable for only $40! (He did not pressure me into it - just offered it as an option - but after 4 months of foot pain, it is a very easy and cheap fix!)

Well, I was in their area to get some treatment done on the body that I passed this shop.
Noticed inside they have a big showroom space and almost all kind of varieties of shoes.
Plus they offer you deals as always.
Highly recommended place to shop for footwear.

Be cautious buying from Smith's sport shoes in Tauranga area. Been trying to resolve an issue for months and I keep getting excuses and blame shifting. Don't know if all of the stores are bad but head office needs to know.

Staff are very helpful. They have good discounts. You can park at on the other side of dominion road. Worth having a look!

Shoes arrived old and worn (apparently old stock, and this is ok to send to a customer? !) would not recommend.

Awesome customer service. Bought myself a new pair of Kayano 29. A few days later the finishing of the sole of one of the shoe appeared to be a little uneven. Contacted Asics, went back into the store and got them replaced.

I won't go anywhere else for my sport shoes! Comprehensive and extensive range of all brands and staff are extremely helpful, particularly Rob. I got warm greetings early morning today June 7th, 2022. The service was just over the top as always. I went to spent lesser amount of money but the young man who served me, was very friendly, He said take your time. He was explaining all kinds of shoes. So I looked around within 10 min I come across my favourite running shoe by Hoka. I thought there was no way l can afford over that expensive shoe. To my surprise everything was on sale. Here I am, a happiest customer. Thanks, a well deserved 10 stars from me.

My son was served by Rob today on his first day I think it was? Awesome service, asked all the right questions, did everything to make us feel comfortable and have a super quick and easy shoe shopping experience. Good stuff

Even thuo we had to travel over again from albany after our store shut again, it's still the best place to buy your footwear.

Excellent range of shoes at reasonable prices. Big store format suggests the big selection of brands and formats which stores with less surface area will not compete with.

Tidy store, very helpful staff, ***** service, helpful information, educational tips in financial savings. 2 pairs of shoes bonus on a free pair of very comfy walking socks, expensive in my pocket however they are worth it. Cheers.
