My go-to laundromat! Great pricing and excellent service, I can always trust that my blankets have been washed and dried properly.

Been going here for 2 years, with personal and business washing and drying.
Never an issue, timely, friendly professional service. And very economical.

I had high hopes for this laundromat but got disappointed because the dryers didn't dry my clothes.we went there with a brand new box of soap and used half of it and still came out ditty very un happy about this. I have bean taking my business to scrubby dubby laundromat and I am very happy with its service

Every experience I have had at Soaks and Suds has been outstanding, they are very professional, friendly and very good at what they do. I go out of my way to have my laundry done here, very highly recommended!

I have no idea how someone could give this place 1 star - complaining about a shrunken duvet.how mean, dishonest and petty. Its always wise to dry-clean duvets and you would have been told that, the staff here are VERY thorough and risk adverse. So its at YOUR risk when such things are washed. Anyway - I have been a customer for around 4 years and they are ALWAYS superb. I go here every single week to get drying done. Just great staff, everything dried beautifully, machines are immaculately clean, I have nothing but praise for this gem of a laundrette. Also, incredibly good/competitive prices. Avoid the other rip-off places and go to this retro gem in the middle of Balmoral you will be pleased you did. Parking back of building note. Nothing but 110% praise for this superb business. Two weekends ago I had to use the laundromat as I had way too many clothes requiring drying which would have taken forever in my own home drier. I took the load to this store rather than one that was even closer to my house as I had read the reviews provided for both. The price was very competitive and the speed in which they completed my load was very expedient. I even had the staff member say that it would be better to fit it all into the one drier as a means of saving both time and money. Superb job. The same again happened this last weekend and I did not hesitate once to drop off to them to complete the drying process. This shop gets top marks as far as I am concerned.

Great laundromat. I arrived just before they were open and the lady who worked there was kind enough to open early and take my laundry. Got a large bag of sheets and towels stain treated, washed and folded for $15. They were extremely well cleaned and neatly folded - including the fitted sheets.

My whole family loves this laundromat! The machines are front loading, in good condition, and the prices are unbeatable. The staff, who own the place, are the friendliest people I've met in Auckland. Anyone reading the reviews can tell that customers who go to this laundromat are fiercely loyal to it, so it must be good.

Stay well clear! Would give zero stars if that was possible. Left my duvet with them too be washed and dryed. Came home to find its shrunk that much that none of the covers will fit. Now need to go purchase a new one. Called and got no satisfaction only excuses! Worst customer servive ever

I got a load of washing done (but not drying) when our washing machine broke down. They were friendly, and pretty helpful but possibly a little on the expensive side for one load of washing ($10.80).

Great personable customer service and the lovely lady there has remembered me ever since I first used them 10/10

I'd give these guys zero stars if I could - they melted a bunch of my clothing so it's completely ruined. I tried to call but got no response from them. Do not use.
