Partial Staging looked the part and helped sell our house.

Gary, Kate and the team from Sojo Design did a wonderful job staging the 'micro' apartment we purchased, so we got them to source and supply all of the furniture used in the staging.
They were quick to respond, quote, offer alternatives and order the items needed. Plus, they delivered and set everything up, even laundered the sheets and made the bed! It was the easiest move in, thanks to Sojo Design. We highly recommend them and will use their services again.

We used Sojo Design to stage our family home in late August 2022. From start to finish, we found Gary, Kate and their team fantastic and very easy to deal with - questions were answered promptly, and they were flexible and reliable. Their products were high quality/end, and Kate and her team made our house look better than it had ever looked. Their customer service was outstanding. After talking to other staging company's and being told they do not do partial staging, I was getting a bit disheartened. We are selling our house and it was through our agent recommending Sojo Ltd.that we found a company that was extremely happy to do it for us:)
Kate was just so lovely to deal with and within days was around in our mess of a house taking measurements:)

WELL, Monday was the big day! Kate had briefed me on times that she would arrive with her team, I was so excited.
I left the house that was pretty empty and lifeless. I walked back in the door with Kate who was also very excited about the transformation:) I was actually very emotional, after 3 months of hard work preparing our house for sale, to see it looking unbelievable beautiful and classy. I just can't thank Kate and her team enough, what an amazing job.
Kate made it so easy she organised everything, and her choice of decor was outstanding:) I don't know how she did it from the mess our house was in when she visited.
We haven't got the photos of our house to show at this stage but will put them up when we get them.
We feel this staging makes our house look a hundred percent better, we're confident we will get good results at Auction as a result of this.

When selling a house, if the real estate market is not good, home staging is more important than ever.

In the meantime, I met Sojo Design Ltd and was happy to get a much more satisfactory staging result than I expected.
In particular, Kate's aesthetic sense, who designed it, was outstanding.
The house I've lived in for 20 years doesn't feel like my own, it's like a penthouse in a luxury hotel.

The auction result is still unknown, but I am sure there will be good results.

When planning the sale of our home with our real estate agent he recommended we use Sojo as they were always very good. It turns out he was absolutely right. They were easy, efficient and upfront to deal with despite being very busy and short staffed with Omicron doing the rounds. We left them to do their magic and were amazed when we returned an hour and a half later. The attention to detail and little touches all through the house made all the difference and transfomed our empty house into a tasteful attractive home. I would thoroughly recommend using Sojo.

Redecorating your home can feel incredibly overwhelming, but Gary and Julie make this experience feel easy. They have superb established relationships with many different suppliers - so not only can they source exactly what you need but at highly competitive prices. Communication is always easy and their follow through is prompt and clear - it’s a joy to work with this company.

Working with Julie and her Team (special shout out to Nat!) was so easy and freaking transforming. We did a virtual session and the concept that came back nailed it the first time around. From there the service was faultless. Highly recommend!
