The installation team was bang on time, followed health and safety requirements (and masks.) to a tee and cleaned up before they left. I requested a quote from this company, they vs called me after a couple of days days asked some questions about the house and said that they would pass my details onto the local team. After about a week I got an email from the local team saying they only just got. My info from Head office and they apologise for the delay and will be in touch shortly. That was on the 9th July and I'm still waiting for the call to arrange a time to quote. If this is how they work with potential clients I am worried about what it will be like to for people that have decided to get one.
These are a brilliant product made such a difference to our dark hallway, in fact we love them so much we have 4 in our house. Issac was great a real pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble
