I have been renting a house from Sole Agents about a year now. I have always happy about their service compare to others. They are very efficient and professional. Always do their best to help on maintenance and maintain good communication at all time. Highly suggest and recommend to few of my friends.

Probably the single worst organisation in the country. Let's start with Grace she is completely incompetent and useless. Her English is non existant and she is rude and nasty. She treats clients and tenants with complete disrespect. Grace is also unable to do her job effectively. She is unable to fill in a simple form. It also seems she can not do a correct property report. I had to completely rewrite it. The manager is also useless and asked my mother if she had a husband to fix her TV aerial, it is 2020 for goodness sake. To put it straight all members of sole agents are a waste of oxygen and if you want to keep your sanity and dignity these property managers are not for you!
