Sona Air Limited

We cant speak highly enough of Nick and his team at Sona Air. Nick returned my enquiry call that same day and made everything work perfectly for us, he was extremely flexible and patient in helping us schedule a time to install the heat pumps we needed, and he even followed up with me the next day. The technicians were very courteous and respectful of our surroundings at home as we were present during installation, working from home due to level 3.
Nick was very knowledgeable about every aspect of our needs. This is our first few days in our new home and it's been a delight cooling our rooms down so efficiently. It would be my pleasure to recommend this company to anyone. Their services are truly excellent.

The guy that runs this (nick) is beyond useless. Don't use them. He is so unprofessional, late, never turns up. Lies, leaves you for weeks to chase him. You will need to ask 5 - 15 times to get anything done.

Nick and the team were great to deal with. We looked at a few options but settled on Sona Air after a recommendation from a friend who had used them (and were really happy with their work and the outcome) and feeling at ease and informed after chatting with Nick.

The lads turned up (in and around lockdown when they could) and did a great job. Their work was very tidy and the central heating instantly changed the feel of our home. The warmth feels consistent around the whole home where this was not the case at all with our heatpumps. The consistent temperature around the home is amazing and I highly recommend central heating and Sona Air if you are thinking about it. You wont regret it. Thanks team.
