Thorough and professional service, very friendly (lovely chat), clean, helpful advice. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Had an appointment booked. Left work to be at home. Waited 45mins. No Sooty Sweep. No phone call to explain. No contact made by them even 3 days later. Won’t be contacting them again. Central Sweeps are highly recommended.

Called to ask if he could replace top on chimney. Went to site and then no response. Job wasn't done and no calls to inform why or when it would be done. Tried calling and left messages. Still no response. Finally managed to get hold of him and he said he'll do it this Saturday. Tenant just called and said it's not done. Again no communication from this guy.

Rang Scooty the Sweep following having had the chimney swept. Without hesitation he promptly came back and sorted the problem out at no charge. Good only fashion service which is to be recommended.

Sooty turned up on time and cleaned our Kent firebox. He did a good job and was helpful in his advice. He sweeps our friends Kent in Remuera as well.
