I took my car in to get a new stereo fitted and they needed to order a wiring harnes for it. 6 weeks later I rang to ask if it had come in yet and that said we'll call when it's in. 4months later. I've not heard anything. I'm guessing they didn't want to work on my car?

I have been going to this place for many years for my audio needs.
Today I went and had a stereo installed and could not ne happier with the service professionalism and and workmanship.

The team was very helpful with diagnosing the issues with my car sound system. They kept it honest about what they thought the issue was and wouldn't unnecessarily try to upsell anything. Very appreciative of the service & honesty.

Fantastic experience. Very quick to remove the old radio and TV and replace it with a lovely new Dual Din Kenwood.

The guys at Sound Around worked tirelessly all day to install an alarm and new sounds in our car and the end product is preeeemo! Previous attempts (from someone else) to install a system had left the wiring a mess, so it just added more tedious hours (unfortunately!) to the work that the guys had to do.
It was no hassle at all though, at the end of the day, job was done, we drove away extremely impressed by their customer service, workmanship and the choice new sounds and security in our ride!

Great service overall. Installing a new CarPlay head unit took under an hour. They had sourced the necessarily parts quickly, and accommodated a couple of special requirements (like fitting a USB port in place of the cigarette socket).

Not the best selection of CarPlay units in store. The one model they had available at my price point disappointed (low screen resolution and issues with rear-view camera connection). Suggest you bring your own unit to install if you care about quality hardware.

Great team. Got the job done and on time.
