I have used Source Mondial a couple of times for my businesses, and would recommend them to others. Dona Angus who has looked after me both times is very knowledgeable and offers great customer service.

Looking for a beautiful rug, mat etc. You'll be hard pressed to find more choice. Give yourself an hour or more.

We are thrilled with our beautiful new Source Mondial rug. It is a large scale, hand knotted NZ wool with a raised pattern in art silk. Looks fab, and has really completed our room. We ordered samples prior which is a helpful way to ensure the final piece is as expected. Diana, Martin and team are knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Purchased a rug during their sale. Great range to select from and very helpful staff. I took 2 rugs home to see which one was best - which made the decision process so much quicker/easier. Also appreciated the strong men to lift the rugs in/out of the car.

Source Mondial has an extensive range of rugs for indoor & outdoor to choose from, and being able to take them home to try for a few days definitely helped when it came to deciding on which rug suited best. Diana was wonderful to work with & attentive to every detail. We will certainly be visiting Source Mondial & Diana in the future.

Source Mondial is a gem of a shop. There is a beautiful range to choose from and Penny Jane was incredibly helpful and accommodating in assisting us to make the perfect selection. The ability to take it home to try took all the worry out of the purchase and she even went the extra mile to help us arrange the stain treatment in home rather than having to arrange to get it back to the store. This is definitely customer service at it's best and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We have recently purchase a rug from Source Mondial a specialist rug outlet in Parnell Auckland. The choices available were huge. We were looked after by Diana Medic. The sales team was wonderful when we bought our bubble gum rug, but 5 year after, when we realised that the rug was fully loosing its colour, there were no support. Bubble gum rug was so beautiful when we bought it, but now looking awful. Photo shows rug discolouration, (now we can blame NZ sun, but this rug is inside the house and not in direct sun light.)
