Hi, Had my small alloy boat and trailer serviced, the team were very helpful in many ways! My 40 hp merc had suffered from neglect as well as trailer so they did all the necessary stuff very well with care and contacted me all the way though so no surprises! Outstanding service and mechanical skill. I have had my 40HP Mercury serviced here plus a 8HP for the last 10 years. Moved bachs, so for the last 2 years have gone somewhere else and my outboards have never been the same - problems, rust appearing, non Mercury parts used etc. Last week decided I had to bring it back to Ethan and Karl and Rob to give it some love. Wow - picked it up and like new. Fixed, tuned, painted bits on the engine, replaced rusty nuts, painted parts of my trailer etc. Engine looks like new and I feel safe now out on the water. Never going else where and when I buy my next boat - must have a Mercury so these guys can continue to look after it and keep me safe on the water. Appreciate the great service, honesty of the team and skill of Ethan.

As a new boatie, I reached out to Ethan and the team at south auckland marine for advice and a all over check up. They have done a fantastic job with all round great service, communication and a friendly approach.

They have good collection of boat like American boats New Zealand made boats and they are dealing with old boats also and mercury outboard moter dealer in south auckland.

I took my boat in for repairs and a service. These guys helped me straight away. Had some overheating problems with one engine. They had to do some major repairs on the engine. The called me up and explained exactly what they had to do and the reason for overheating. Called me and showed me faulty parts. They did a lot of extra things like spraying the props, fix and paint the corrosion spots inside and outside the engine, checked the trailer bearings and lights. Good honest family business and excellent mechanics.
HIGHLY recommend.

In my 20 odd years of boating I have never come across a Service Dept as thorough as South Auck/M.

I have been dealing with South Auckland marine for the past 12 months -
service is on time and completed well, i don't have to come back.
Parking and drop of area has loads of space for challenged trailer maneuvers like me.

I was having a big issue with the boat going into safety mode and the people who built the boat for me who had it for 2 weeks could not find the problem.
I contacted Karl at south Auckland Marine, who got it sorted straight away and to top it off, managed to do it through the warranty.from now on they are the shop for me.
