Double check your invoices - plumber came a week ago to check our overflow pipe that was leaking.he advised me over the phone (as this is my mum's place) it was due to our kitchen faucet overpowering the hotwater back through the vent.so he inserted a non return socket to prevent it from happening. He was lovely over the phone tho why there's 2 stars

The next morning my brother called me that there is an issue with the shower hot water pressure and that he couldn't have a proper shower for work. I contacted SAP and spoke to charlie that this issue has occurred due to what the plumber inserted.she said plumber will come by on Monday as its the weekend.

Plumber turned up Monday and increased the water pressure which he should of done the 1st day to ensure the shower hot water was not affected by what he inserted. I didnt think we would be charged for the 2nd visit but we got sent 2 separate invoices. 1 for the initial issue I called them for help, and 2nd is for him turning up to increase the shower pressure.

I called regarding the invoices and spoke with Karen (accountant) asking about a certain charge on the invoice, and as to why we should be liable for the second invoice when the pressure was linked to what the plumber did on the 1st day. She tried to tell me it didnt link. Thankfully she said she will credit the second invoice but we have to pay the 1st one $280+ today.

I felt she was rude. She didn't want to hear my side of the issue and instead was going to charge us for an extra invoice to see if we would just pay it or not. Luckily I question her.

Used South Auckland Plumbing for the second time as I’d previously used them and was happy with the service. Called for a couple non urgent jobs and plumber was booked in for the next day. Very happy with the responsive and level of service provided. Definitely recommend them.

I'm thrilled with the service I received from South Auckland Plumbing! Karen's communication was fantastic, and the plumber fixed the leak in less than an hour, just a day after scheduling. Aside from the outstanding service, I was also pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing. It's refreshing to find a plumbing company that doesn't overcharge and delivers top-notch work. Highly recommended!

Workmanship was great, however unclear explanation of cost and misleading information provided upfront. I advise you seek clarity on costs and get a quote prior to starting works

I have used Sth Akld Plumbing a few times now, always professional and prompt. Such a helpful team. I have never been made to feel like I was anything less than their most important customer every time I have been helped by them. Highly recommend!

There was no hot water rang South Auckland Plumbing Ltd. They repaired the thermostat in our hot water cylinder. Very impressed with Karen, whose customer and communication skills via mob and email kept us informed every step of the way, answered all our questions. You guys do awesome work! Got our heater gravity tank changed to a normal system and just the other day had a leak under the house in such a small area to fit into and it got sorted within a few hours. Always professional and friendly! - met a few of your guys now. Keep up the great work you guys do:)

Unblocked our pump toilet sweet as got right in there and cleared all the blockage out of the pump tank, not sure how they do it, I certainly couldn't. Only thing I could add is they charged 2 hours for a job that took 45 minutes to complete.feeling a bit ripped off to be honest. Director of the business seemed to not care much at all.

All their people were knowledgeable, and responsive, they had the parts to complete the job based on the information I provided. Great Service and you know what is happening at all times

We have had a leak in our conservatory roof for some time. We had reputable roofer look at it a couple of years ago and he said it wasn't of concern. He said it couldn't be fixed without a great deal of money.
However, when the place was flooding every day, we were desperate and were delighted to see a flyer from South Auckland Plumbing arrive in our post box. We dealt with Matthew who came out and examined the roof. He was great and gave us a good summary of the problem and reassurance that he could fix it. He gave us a quote which was reasonable and we went ahead with it.
Due to the dreadful weather, they held the quote open for several weeks until it was suitable weather.
Last week, Matt fixed it! So far, we have not even experienced one drip! We are delighted!
