The service part of the car was good. I asked for a copy of the things they did, i was told that they will email, but still awaiting.

The sales team member did not even bother coming out of the office. He was more interested in doing stuff on his computer. We entered the yard looking to buy a car but no one to tend to us we just sat in the car againand drove off. But changed our minds and went elsewhere.
The sales man did look quite uninterested in us.
Bad luck guys you lost out on a sale. Never judge the book by it's cover first rule of Customer Care.

Wonderful experience. They handled all my concerns, had the car ready exactly when they said they would and cleaned it inside and out. Definitely enjoy there customer service.

Had an excellent experience buying a new Swift from Southern Autos. I was very well looked after by Stephen from start to finish, top notch guy. With my busy schedule at work they were still able to fit in a test drive session and finance approval sometimes even over the business hour. Highly recommended!

A service is very difficult to review objectively. My oil has been changed, I can see that and this aspect is either 0 stars or 5 stars. So what can be objectively reviewed is the interface with staff in booking and reporting so this is the major aspect of my review. Southern people were great - 5 stars!

The service I received was truly first class. Everything was explained as to how and what they will be doing. I even had the Opportunity to meet the sales person that sold me my car 2 years ago. (Can’t remember his name) but is was pleasant as he remember us and was asking me again if I still enjoy my vehicle. Had a lovely catch-up with him. I can fully recommend taking your car for a service or even popping in for information on a new vehicle. Total first class service.

Such good customer service. I bought a swift and a Vitara from Southern Autos about 3 years ago. Sales team was fantastic at the time. After sales and service is fantastic. Also willing to help. Now recently Callum sorted out my battery warranty with no issues. He kept me in the loop as to when it may happen. Callum called me when it was sorted and had a new battery fitted while I waited a few minutes. Thanks to the team and Callum as always you prompt and precise and very helpful

Really amazing service, we'd gone in to talk to the guys about a Swift Sport originally and they managed to sell us completely on the Swift RS, they helped us realize what we were really looking for. It was awesome getting to speak to the guys about all of our worries since this was our first ever car purchase. Strongly recomened dealing with Alex, Stephen and Kevin!

Stephen has been a dream to work with, we walked in to look at cars on a Saturday afternoon and had arranged the purchase of a new Swift via email a couple of hours later.
