I am expressing my gratitude to the sales rep Michelle and her boss, who help us very timely and enthusiastically. After I told Michelle I do not know how to use machine properly, Michelle respond instantly, she and her boss drove a long distance to our shop to teach us how to use the machines which we purchased from Southern Hospitality. I am very satisficed the service from the Southern hospitality, as the staff are extremally professional and helpful. Many many thanks and Merry Christmas to Michelle, her boss and other staff in Southern hospitality.

Came all the way from Mt Albert as we had another appointment to go. The service very polite & prompt and the prices extremely reasonable. A bit of friendly banter went a long way toward easing my stress (as my next appointment was with my dentist). Highly recommended

I was very lucky when I came in today and was able to get everything I needed without having to wait for things to be shipped from the warehouse.

I went to order 5 items to their shop last Thursday but they dont have it on stock, so they will just order it and deliver it to my place. The staff told me that it will be delivered friday or monday. That's fine. But no parcel came. So I call and ask about my order and the lady that helped.me with my order answered and she said it should be there tomorrow Tuesday and if it's not yet there on Wednesday give us a call. I gave them a call Wednesday, surprisingly my order wasn't email or whatsoever according to the lady that answered the phone. You know lots of excuses. She said I will make it urgent delivery.
Hoping to get my order this week. Coz I have an event coming this Sunday.

Pretty poor service, well very poor service. Went in to buy a fridge, noone approached me, waited for whet felt like 5 mins just standing there. They werent even intretsed and seemed to want to avoid eye contact. Left thinking what awaste of time. Bought it on-line from a competitor of theirs - never buying from these guys again

I went in to buy a pair of kitchen saefty shoes / chef shoes, there was no greeting when I walked in, and no one asked me if I was ok and if I needed any help. There were 3 staff and I was looking at them for help but no one asks me anything, they all were typing something onto their computer when they literally had like 2 customers including me, after waiting for 15 minutes I walked away and went to another store.nobody came to me even when I was leaving, for a moment I thought I was invisible or something. Southern hospitality sells hospitality stuff but need to be more hospitable themselves. Never walking in there again, even if they're giving out free stuff.

The staff were helpful but got lots of things wrong and told me I had to have things a certain way when really I didnt so I ended up buying unnecessary items and spending a whole lot more than what I needed. Very annoying!
