Buying and installing the spa pool was a good experience. However, soon after one of the control dials began to rust and we contacted them to find a replacement. Two years later, with numerous follow ups, and we are still waiting for the part. I wouldn’t say that post sales support is their greatest strength.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Contacted for support information and spare parts for LEISUREITE SPA POOL. Dealt with Daryl who stated that the company was the LEISURITE AGENT (as they advertise on their site). However he refused to give me the manufacturer/parts numbers for the parts that I required - saying that it was "PROPRIETARY INFORMATION" belonging to his company. He stated that he would sell me replacement parts - but not identify them, in case I decided to purchase parts elsewhere in future.

We needed a new lid for a spa we purchase here 8 years ago. They were great. Dug out our old sale agreement to make sure we got a perfect fit.

I had been having trouble with my spa for a very long time as it's quite an old model. Andy and Jarrod assessed my spa and gave me a plan of action to have it working like new. Communication was ongoing, Jarrods customer service was excellent and I'm confident that I've finally got the right team going forward for maintenance and repair. Highly recommended company.

A big thank you to Andy, Jarrod and Miles. The weather did not help to get our spa repaired quickly but it did get done and the communication exceptional. Excellent 5 star service, much appreciated.

Limited experience with these guys but shopped around for a spa filter, and Spa Depot's product was double the price of almost everyone else I tried for the same item. Put me off looking at other products or services here.

Great info and service. Andy (the director) been at it close to 20 years and really knows his stuff. Very helpful team. They even have “spa valet” service if you don’t want to balance and clean spa yourself!

These guys are NEVER open when they say they will be. Website advertises open and when you get there it's closed. PLUS no-one else sells the filters for these spas, so unless you want a frustrating time of never being able to replace your filters when you need to, buy a spa elsewhere. ALL other pool places are open over Christmas, but not these guys - they are shut until January 8th! (information you will only find if you actually drive up to the store, because it's NOT ON THE WEBSITE.

Great to deal with. We were able to get a spa we could afford by custom removing features we didn't need. Awesome service, support and advice before and after the purchase.

Last weekend I rang 4 outlets in the Auckland and West Auckland area and asked for a seal for a Balboa Heating Unit. They all told me they had a seal for but it was a wild rumour. I then asked the last place I visited who would have the seal and I was told to go over the shore to these guys and they had exactly what I needed. 2 minutes and I was out of there. The seal was simple replace. Great service and I've given their name to all my mates with spas.
