We had Peter Limpus as our sales consultant in Auck. He was brilliant with lots of help and suggestions. He made the decision on which swimspa to buy very easy. He even went above and beyond with sourcing quite a bit of info about swimming etc helping my husbands health issues. Sandra Wylie was our customer care contact and was also very helpful. Because of weather issues there was a long delay before the concrete slab could be done but everyone was very patient and we felt no pressure at all to hurry up. Due to such amazing people we dealt with, we went ahead and also ordered the Louvre roof and the Sauna. We've been using the pool for about 3 months and loving every minute of it. The roof is going up at the moment and then the Sauna will be installed. I'm sure we will love using them just as much as the pool. A great all round experience.

We spent a lot of time researching & comparing spas as there are so many choices out there. Efficiency, low running costs, comfort, quality, depth and of course support were all factors.
Peter @ Spa World was a huge help & there for us every part of the way. We settled on the Fisher7 & it’s been fantastic. Highly recommend the install package with stairs, chems etc- it made the whole process a breeze.

We went into Spa World recently looking to make a purchase but not 100% sure on what model of spa would suit. Pete at Spa World asked a few questions about what we would like and then showed us the options - lots to choose from. We finally settled on a Jacuzzi model and are very happy with our choice. Amazing experience all around. Great advice right frim the start with free test swim in the sylvia park location, quick delivery schedule confirmed and all got delivered in perfect condition. It was a commitment, but the health benefits and the emotional connection with my wife is simply priceless. Mike was heaven-sent and he made it easy for us to choose the right spa pool (Vortex Mercury Avante) that fits our needs. User-friendly spa and lots of info online. Highly recommendable if you want luxury and pleasure combined. Why go for an out-of-town vacay if you have one at home?

Just a heads up folks.this place is run by some really dodgy people. I went into the shop in January last year to buy a swim spa. Got talked into buying the Jacuzzi, which I was told is the best they have. It must be the best because it cost $65000.00. Paid my deposit in February and it was "ordered". Because of Covid I was told there would be a delay. The absolute latest I would get this pool would be November. Long story short, numerous promises that it would be here soon but still no pool. Last month I finally got an email saying my pool was here. I needed to pay the balance and the pool would be delivered in seven days. Called them yesterday to arrange what day it would be delivered.surprise! Your pool is still in Canada! Opps we have all your money and you have no pool. And now no one is answering my calls. No one will take responsability for what has happened here. As far as I can see this money was obtained through deception. I would not recommend anyone buy anything off these scammers.

We have recently bought a Vortex Nitro Hydroplus Avante Spa from Spa World Auckland and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We looked around and found Spa World to be the best for what we were looking for. We received excellent service and the communication was amazing. Peter Limpus went above and beyond to make the whole process enjoyable. We highly recommend Spa World.

Our spa was delivered, set up by a Spa World technician and stopped working within 48 hours. Trying to get somebody to help involves being bounced around various email tickets, speaking to a different person each time. Currently waiting a week for someone to come and see it.

Very disappointing that there is no local representative who takes ownership of getting the spa up and running and helping new owners.

After having brought our spa, nothing heard from them. Now we are happy with our spa, but with what we spent, a simple phone call or check up would've been suffice. If we got another 1, we certainly will be shopping around

We have just ordered a Vortex Spectrum Spa through Spa World Penrose. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by Peter Limpus. When purchasing a quality spa for the first time Peter soon put us at ease with professional attitude in talking us through and helping us find the correct spa that we required. We had been to a number of other spa dealers in the area. None of them came even close to the professional service we recieved and when you are looking for quality, Spa World spa's are head and shoulders above the rest. We really appriciated the great discount and add on products.

We bought a jacuzzi spa j275 less than 2 years ago, the heating unit has stopped working, only heats to 36 when set to 38.5 and we get overheating error messages. We have been waiting over a month for a resolution and after several emails and phone calls we still have no resolution from spa world, frustrating paying for power to run a spa you can't use. We thought buying a jacuzzi meant quality product and service, now wondering if we would have bought a cheaper alpine from somewhere else!

Excellent service, friendly and very helpful, was even able to jump in and try a try, really helped with aches and pains can’t wait till it arrives.
