Spark Now branding and service should be on comedy central.
The worst service I have ever experienced.
Want to be called back 48 hours later, just join Spark, want to get no replies to your email request, just Join Spark.
If you think Now means within 24-48 hours to get back to you, well then you will enjoy Spark, my understanding of Now is exactly that.
Spark please do yourself a favour and look up what Now and Service means. Its opposite to what you do and brand yourself as a company, its actually misleading.
Spark really need to up their game in customer service. Long waits on the phone are surely unacceptable for a company targeting businesses
Hands down Spark offer the very worst customer service of any of the mobile providers in NZ. We left them a few years ago because of it and just came back recently to find that they've not only made no improvement but got significantly worse, with waiting times for calls being over 2 hours at times. 2Degrees on the other hand will make you wait 5 minutes at the most normally. Don't think it even seems to be something that Spark are trying to improve.
After year's of serious issues using another Auckland Spark Bussness hub we changed to the Auckland central hub. Jack has been looking after us there for more than a year now and he is totally amazing. No problem to big or small and he gets stuff done quickly with perfect communication. Totally changed my businesses spark experience round.
