If Im spending my hard earned money on you then give me good service.

Woman seemed knowledgeable however she seemed somewhat robotic like she was reading off a script.

You can change the name but service from telecom is still terrible don`t honor what they say. Their PR skilss are lacking

Amazing customer service. Best Telco in Nz. Both the Manukau team are amazing lead by their amazing and customer centric team. One store is located in the Westfield Manukau Mall. Both stores are within 2 minutes drive of each other.

This branch is by far the best they know what they are doing & get it right 1st time round I have been there approximately 4 times

WRONG INFORMATION THAT COST ME $40 FOR NOTHING and 5 days to get it sorted.in the end 10+ YEARS LOYAL CUSTOMER - Bye Spark - joined another network.keep the $40.

Very rude service. I asked for help with my new phone and his response was why didn't I get it help from the place I bought my phone which is the spark which he already knew then he treated my new phone like rubbish.zero performance for service very ugly attitude. No info on phone nothing.never again spark supercenter

There are not enough Spark stores and to phone them you end up in holding hell. I won't use Spark because of that even though I prefer them to Vodafone.
