Can't set up an email for an account properly so not receiving bills sales was pushing had to say no over 10x when trying to upsell even when mood completely changes still pushing some stupid crap.
there website is just as useless.
also what's with the bots leaving tons of reviews I tried to leave a complaint on first one I clicked with 5* reviews then here different name exact same wording different name.

Staff member was outstanding in giving great advice on how to clean up my multiple accounts and phone problems and was very patient

The team here are always so helpful, patient, prompt and friendly. I was served by the lovely Cindy today who gave me all options re new phone vs repairing my current one, and helped me make a decision when I was in a hurry. I am stoked with my new phone. Our modem got damaged by the storm. Called them and had a new one waiting for me. Whent out of there way to help out with all my questions. Great service. Thanks

Very helpful and friendly. They take the time with each customer and don't make you feel rushed. Very happy customer each time I leave.

Tried ringing them to get a update on my phone repairs. I have given up as no one picks up or even return your call if you leave a message. Quite useless for a phone company that can't even answer a phone.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Careless and unhelpful. They need to understand that many people are not tech savvy so rely on their help. Moved companies so hope to never deal with them again.

Dreadful rude service from Rebecca, even tried speaking down to my friend like he was a complete dumbie and the manager even thought it was perfectly acceptable for his staff member to talk like that to a customer!

Only one out of four assistants had any understanding of modems, but finally got one. They used to give you the modems but now you have pay for them.
If you are buying a cellphone they seem to be able to do that with a good stock on hand also you can pay bills, but every thing else seems to be a bit hard for them.

Considering how little space they have and always seemingly one staff member extra required our Pukekohe Spark team do really well. Nice, friendly and patient.

3 days out of quarantine and called in to organise a phone and plan. Jessica was so very helpful, telling me about all the options and I was able to make an informed decision quite quickly. She activated the plan so I was able to walk out and immediately be online and connected. Thanks so much!

Service was good but slow considering there were 2 customers and 5 CSRs. Entrance too small for larger wheelchair and main street parking was hit and miss.

Went to visit the store, as I needed some help with making a insurance claim, keep in mind I went in just short of 30min to closing and usually retailers are over their day by this point. Had been greeted by the Susanna, who was absolutely cheerful, polite, and went above and beyond to help me. Also followed through with what she had told me she would do inregards to helping me. Went back to the store the following day to her having everything sorted for me. Awesome person to deal with and awesome store to visit because of her.

Very busy store, but the staff member who served me was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what i needed.

The staff are very pleasent and helpful. I don't know what I would do if they weren't there to help me when I stuff my mobile up

Lovely helpful ladies in here, helped me & my daughter sort everything for her phone. Also gave me good ru. Down for the spark sport pack for the rugby!

I went in with a problem, lady I spoke to was extremely helpful & explained my misunderstanding perfectly, she then proceeded to organize a call, & I was credited. It was a situation where I didnt understand the charges when traveling overseas. I do now
