Worst experience! Don’t go there - manager rude - impatient and glares at you when you ask a question - very unhelpful - impatient and should not be in her job!

Although the protocols are present which makes serving customers difficult at times causing allot of backlash.
The nature of the retail side of the industry, the staff all cop allot of things.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Rude, couldn t care less, Had to get manager to help me I think she was most rude and unfriendly of the lot. Was trying to get help for my elderly friend, they didn’t want to know or care. After resolving things myself I wish I had told her to leave spark and sign up elsewhere!

Worst customer service. Not the first time. Never recommended. Never going back. Worst manager. Customer service is very poor. If there's a zero rating I would go for it. Went there last june 2 of 2021,530pm
Worst service, worst which can't be explain in words. So, finally very happy to change the service provider.
The Henderson store epically no customer service including the store manager too rude and not helpful at all.
Bulletin experience. Representatives don't know what actually they are selling and company is charging money before using the plan in postpay plan. Just cheating nothing else.
When I was buying my phone no one asked me for an photo id, when I went to enquire about my account i was told to produce photos first although there is no national Id we forced to carry in this country.the fact that I had a pin no didn't matter being customer for twenty years means nothing. Worst customer service ever. When I asked if I should change to Vodafone I was told yes. I was shocked at rude and obnoxious behaviour. I am not tech savvy but I do know good customer service. Vodafone here I come and would like to know Sparks response in light of these comments. Two other staff or customers carried on watching whatever they were and didn't bother to intervene. No wonder we were the only customers in the store.
Went yesterday the guy was there interesting on watching movie on he’s laptop. Doesn’t give right solution. Worce customer service.

Worst customer service ever waiting outside for ages looked at by staff only to be told we shutting for 30 mins for lunch at 4pm. Why not tell me when I arrived instead of waiting there. Vodafone looking good right now
Worst customer service. Bought Samsung galaxy note 10 plus 3 weeks back they took more than two weeks to activate my sim card no proper communication from staff I have to personally come to the shop asking what's going on with my sim card staff couldn't figure out what's the problem. I am still waiting for my Samsung watch which hasn't arrived yet. I never seen such poor level of customer service won't buy anything thing from this shop ever.
Had a problem with a 2% phone - they we - so went to Spark and they remedied the problem on 2 minutes.
No impressed at all. Spent 2 hrs in this shop, trying to update my daughters ph and plan. Said i couldnt as there was an outstanding amount of $132.00 to pay, this was not overdue. I paid it there and then so we could do the deal. Nothing owing. Once it was paid, i was then told because she had been late with previous payments (nothing over a month) they still said no.
Been with Spark a long time have 2 other accounts with them plus business.
Disappointed and will be closing all my accounts and moving to Vodaphone.
The young employees think they can get away with treating older people as though they're all a bit thick. Can't complain about the service as there isn't any. The Manager was eating in the store. She was very loud and not at all accommodating any listening skills.
Staff was helpful but need to b more helpful. Im one of those who is old school.telling me when im home play around.hello.spending so much pennies to hear that.will b going back for a 2nd time.
Horrible service. Told us we can upgrade our home internet service and still recieve free lightbox to only find out they have been charging us each month for it.

Waited for over 30 mins and was finally served by young indian man.
He did not understand my question and told me that his manager is busy and to go elsewhere.
True customer service is going the extra mile especially when the customer has come to you for service/help.
You charge enough how about upping your game and serving and treating your customers the way they deserve to be treated or we should take our business elsewhere.
