My friend called trying to get a plumber out here to his house to view his hand basin on a Monday, he was initially told will be there on Friday. 2 weeks later he get a call from a plumber saying he will be there tomorrow and my friend advised don’t come between a certain time as he is at hospital having treatment, between hanging up on my friend advising he’s busy getting phone calls from other people he tells my friend can’t you just wait for me! The conversation ends not long after the 3rd or 4th call back and then customer service rings and asks him if he can wait for the plumber also, my friend asked her to clarify this and she says the same thing, he goes to her can you go tell my cancer to wait because that’s what you telling me! The audacity of this plumber and the customer service representative making life difficult for an already difficult situation he is in. They need training asap with their farrrkup being 2 weeks late and having him try and miss cancer treatment is not the way. Sort it out.

Absolutely shocked at this company and its managers - particular one called 'James" - who cares for NZ post in auckland

with 4,500 staff - casual students/working and a 25 million dollar payout for the government for Covid 19 - the companies managers are ripping employees off, telling their 'casual workers don't qualify' - when in fact the government has paid them out for.

2nd they are forcing students/working holiday visa employees to travel to different sites for 1 hour cleans, (charging the clients probably at least 2 hours) and paying them for only the 1 hour they spend on site,

then forcing them to travel to another site for 1 hour etc. (no travel time) threatening to terminate their employment. These poor people cant risk loosing their means of living during this crisis, so they are desperate to keep their jobs.

Mean while having claimed a huge payout from the government and charging at least triple the labor they pay there employees
