Got a bit away with shopping as there is a lot to see, unfortunately I was charged $65 for parking too long. I will never shop at spotlight again. Just another way of revenue gathering. Scammers

Always a great place to shop, they usually have everything that you require and it is a fascinating place to wander around in and see what is new and quirky.

Extremely rude customer service by an old wombat of a lady because I asked for an item that was in a cabinet.not a good look for a store to be hiring people if they don't want to be there.

Great store and lovely staff although they could do with a couple more. The ladies were super helpful finding me exactly what I wanted in no time at all. Really friendly and they have everything.

I have been crocheting for ages.
During the lockdown, my teenage son started to develop an interest in the craft. I taught him, and he learned fast, however, he had to wait for his turn to use the hook as I had only one. He also was not able to really create the balaclavas he wanted due the yarns I had available, they were all too pastels for his taste, he wanted black. Thanks Spotlight for having hooks and black yarn! My son can now start crocheting his very own balaclava (Crochet is not only for women)

An Indian old lady in sewing department at Manukau Branch is very rude. She never says "hi" or "thank you" to the customers and always angry.

Worst customer service ever. Hate going there would avoid if I can. But the click n collect guy that served me was nice. They need a sign showing where click n collect is situated.

Clean, some staff members can be abit rude not sure if it's a every day problem or just that staff member's having a not so good day. Apart from that it's good. Ample parking.

Pick-up order was incomplete. Was not even informed it was incomplete, luckily I was advised beforehand. Hopefully, they will refund the cost of the out of stock items as I have been told.

There is a great choice of goods available but the display is not great. The ambience is really that of a warehouse.

Total experience was good. It's a good place for curtain, upholstery sewing machines and its accessories. Heeps of curtain fabrics, rugs, sofa fabric etc.

Purchase whole lots of stuffs for my new home, at a very reasonable price. Their sales are great.

What a great selection of artificial plants at low prices and they all look great in my garden.

The service there was amazing. I don't know the ladies name but was very helpful to me in finding the products.

Dangerous place to be, got to have a lot of will power not to deviate from what you went there for if not easy to have a spending spree there
