I found the store to have a very large selection of items for sale which was good to see but it also makes the store kind of hard to navigate. If they had more space it would be more pleasant.

Men's clothing department very disappointing and staff unhelpful. Will not shop there in the future.

Too expensive. Materials, cotton etc & then you have to take it home and be skilled enough to make it on a sewing machine plus buy a pattern. Cheaper and easier to go to clothing stores. Other products in store seem over priced. After a recent visit nothing has changed. Been here maybe 6 times this year for different reasons & issues every time ie.wrong pricing, incorrect labeling, faulty material, sour staff, pricing trickery, indifferent excuses for errors, VIP member means nothing. Dust on shelving items tells a story. In one word "hopeless". I'd have zero trust in this outfit.

Large store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pretty much everything you could need for crafting, and more.

I was helped by sharon at the fabric department today she was exteemely professional and helpful and made it so easy for ke to find exactly what i needed

While I was at the check out I over heard a conversation with the manager addressing an elderly customer. I could not believe the lack of professionalism and tone used towards this poor old lady, absolutely disgraceful spotlight

I don't usually write reviews but Spotlight Pukekohe needs to review the way they treat customers who have paid for all their items at the fabric counter. To then expect them to queue up again at the exit counter to have their receipt checked and bag looked through is very inconvenient, not to mention humiliating. I never get asked to do this at other stores. I am a regular customer but having to do this every time I come in for fabric is annoying. The entrance is also incredibly awkward for Mums with buggies and small children as well. I have to reverse my buggy through the entry "teeth" and there is very little space to turn around. Not a nice shopping experience anymore sadly.

This shop is a crafting persons heaven. LOTS of everything you could want need and more. Huge selection of crafting items, fabrics, party stuff and majority of everything Youd need for home, party, craft, fun, needs. Helium filling options available on site and a huge range of balloons to choose from along with quite an assortment of options like balloon arches etc that are reasonably priced

The owner seriously needs to look into how their manager operates this store, terrible customer service. Incident at 5: 20pm 12/08/23 specifically with Dakota refusing to cut 1 x 12m of curtain fabric, 1 x 5m and 1 x 3m.

Every time I buy fabric this guy makes me feel horrible about buying fabric.

As if he doesn't like his job.

Seriously the most shocking worst terrible customer service ever.

The manager wouldn't even listen to what happened, continues to defend their staff members.

My bet, she's not qualified for management.

Lynda on the fabric counter is an awesome lady. Very knowledgeable about all things sewing, always friendly service.

Great staff, always friendly at the main counter. Except one in the material counter, didn't bother to help. But ever time at the entrance counter, those ladies are wonderful & helpful.

Really enjoy shopping in this place.
Counter staff are welcoming and friendly.
Always plenty of stock.
