St Kevins Arcade reviews
40I love St Kevin's Arcade it's the best precinct of its kind in Auckland. Boutique shops, cool eateries and love music venues. It's getting a bit more gentrified, but is still a bit edgy and gritty. My only criticism is I wish their opening hours were clearly published as it's a key through-route between K Rd and Myers Park and it's a massive hassle on the rare occasions where they close it completely.
I have purchased a number of cameras over many years from Junktion. I have always found their service to be excellent.l received good communications; all my Items arrived well packed. I highly recommend them.
Maybe in the past, it was a nice place, but now it needs more security; it has drunks and crazy people.
Besties cafe is good.
But the tyrannical owner of the camera shop Junktion is a lying second hand loser. Had argument over a camera that didn’t work and he did nothing about.
Then one day he came into the cafe I was having coffee and abused me out of nowhere.
Repulsive man.
Lier.
Be warned
I enjoyed shopping in the arcade. I bought 2 sarong at an excellent price, in the he 2nd store on the right hand side. Also, I chatted with Sila, the owner, who was so helpful, professional, and friendly.
Thak you, Sila
My favorite place to be. Always tidy and nice. Markets are very interesting! You meet so many artists and see their work.
It is a cute arcade, art deco style, access to the Myers Park, usually busy towards the end of the week with the bar open, cafe during the day and a good view of the SkyCity Tower
Great vibe, bought a funky dress from Sadya and l enjoyed loaded curly fries and music from lowbrow
Such an array of quaint shops and and an eatery. Superb. St Kevin's Arcade is an icon on Karangahape Rd.
Work n Live here.so definitely is the best. Can't wait to move into the new apartment in the arcade.
Old world charm, yet hip. I have been passing through, sheltered and sustained here going on thirty years.always, always worth it.
I love St Kevin's arcade. Hearty.
Inclusive. Grand. Bury me here!
Always love the vibe but always disappointed in the amount of trash litter and rubbish around the place the late nite hip crowd for all thier coolness are blind to all the trash they leave behind not cool at all.
Amazing spot with an interesting variety of shops and artwork. Good views to the sky tower and easy to find.
St Kevin's Arcade is really good every Monday in the evening they put on a meal for anyone it's a good place to go to for a quick meal plus there is a really good second hand book shop in there as well because not every book from the past is on the Internet witch I don't really understand at times because the books I've been reading gos back to the early 1980s and it's got stories in it that goes back to the 1800s in New Zealand no matter if your in the North Islands or South Island
This place is very dirty. Not look like a place in the city. Maybe it was an old house. I like the food at Besties coffee shop also they have friendly staff.
One of the best places in Auckland, beautiful old arcade, many lovely shop and a buzzing vibrant atmosphere.
It's good to see one place that hasn't changed and is still the same as i remember from my childhood
Ive only been here in the day time, and went to Bestie cafe loads of times because its amazing. The rest of the place looks to be filled with quirky little shops and a massage parlour too which looked good. Nice space as it opens up into a local park with a play area. A great space.
