Everything was good except the free wifi they used to offer free wifi, but the offer is not in place anymore

I was in a panic and had to call 5 other company and Steam n Dry was the only one that could come on the same day after I was let down by another company. The receptionist was very helpful.
The job was great, thankful for all your help. I will definitely use you guys in the future.

OMG. I got tricked by all the fake reviews on this listing and hired these guys to clean my carpet. The cleaner showed up late stinking of cigarettes. He rushed the job and left behinds stains that the next company got out easily. When I questioned the quality of the work I got nothing but rudeness from the cleaner and his boss in the phone.

I checked these other 5 star reviews and these same people left lots of reviews for the same company all over Auckland. He has so many maplmap on here they can't possibly be real. Plus their star ratings are FAKE because it's just the same thing cut and pasted everywhere.

If they spent more time doing things right instead of deceiving customers with fake listings maybe I wouldn't have to write this.

I needed some patch work and cleaning done for my carpets on move out. They came, did an estimate, and did the service quickly and efficiently. They were nice, honest, and professional. Plus the carpets looked great after they were done. Will definitely use them again. Anyone who needs their carpets cleaned should consider them.

Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Water stained carpet was a huge concern for us, but Gavin and his team were able to clean the carpet to the point you can’t tell it even happened. Thank you!

Just had my carpet cleaned a few hours ago and I just had to write a review right away. It looks brand new! It was so dirty I had forgotten what color it actually was (I know gross) Anthony and Jericho were professional and friendly. They took their time and did an amazing job! I'm very, very happy with the service I received.

Steam n Dry Carpet Cleaning Auckland was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I spoke with Rose who was friendly and very helpful; she explained the process and pricing and scheduled an appointment within a week of my inquiry. Gavin and Eric arrived on time and were exceptionally friendly and respectful of our home. They walked me through the process and were very willing to answer questions. My 20 month old son was home sick from daycare and they were so sweet to him, showing him their tools and working around his nap time. They did upholstery and carpet cleaning in under four hours and I could not be happier with the results. Eric showed me pictures of our couch before and after the cleaning and also gave me tips for maintenance going forward. Our carpet has never looked better; the smell was very subtle and natural (not chemical) and they felt almost completely dry within 6 hours. (They also left booties for us since you can't access the upstairs without walking on the carpet). We will definitely use this company in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent end-product, friendly and professional customer service.

Just had them back, this carpet cleaning Auckland company for our third time. Love these guys. I had spilled a full cup of some sweet coffee drink on my nearly white carpet. They worked that carpet stain out and did the whole house super quick. I cannot believe the price too. Such a great company.

I can not rave enough how happy I'm with the quality of work you guys did today on my carpet. It looks amazing! Every spot and stain are completely gone. My high traffic areas look brand new. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. Thanks again for job well done!
