STIHL SHOP East Tamaki

Excellent honest shop. Had a hard starting oleo mac. These guys took care of it checked it all out. They didnt try to rip me selling me things I didnt need. Taught me something I didnt know. If you need any chainsaw servicing these guys are the best. Use them for sure. I will be back to get my saw serviced here from now on. I thought i needed other parts but they checked and advised its all ok. So rare to see genuine honesty and customer service. Was no issues dropping off or picking up and price was very good for what they did. Thanks guys I will be back. A+ And big props to Ian the tech you are a legend mate.

. Pull cord broke on my old leaf blower, took it to the Stihl Shop, fixed it for me within hours! They gave it a bit of a tidy up and it's running like new!

Very professional and informative staff who were more focused on ensuring that I was fully aware of safety measures in relation to the product (chainsaw I purchased) rather than securing a sale. Definitely a place to shop if you need sound advice regarding chainsaws, mowers, weed eaters and any such product.

I like Stihl shop East Tamaki. Always there to help me or whoever has a lawnmower, weed eater. They have a huge range of lawn mowers battery run to big ride ons. I really recommend those who own a l mower, go there and get friendly with them, they need more work. David, Otara.

Absolute scam. Stihl pride themselves on quality equipment yet their product breaks after 6 months of use. They take $50 upfront than tell you fault isn't covered under warranty. Nothing stopping them from making up reasons why fault is not covered. I will be shopping elsewhere now

Excellent service and knowledge. Great staff. Well stocked with most things for everyone's needs

Took in chainsaw for service however was told it would cost more to service than was economical which was fine so picked up chainsaw that was now boxed up only to find when we got home it had been left in pieces rather than put back together how we had initially dropped it off which is absolutely poor. Now we are left to put it back together. Wouldnt recommend this store to anyone following this experience
