Customer service is great. Karen did an amazing job assisting an old lady who has difficulty in speaking english.

Great service. I broke my mower blade and turned up 25 minutes before closing time and they fixed it there and then.

I received rubbish service when they were in their old premises, in the new place they palm off responsibility and make sure to sell you the most expensive option.
Never again.

Purchased chain saw 3 months ago from Waiheke branch.

Have used 3 times. Would not start on fourth time.

Took it back to shop for service. Serviceman advised I was overchoking it and it flooded.

I had followed the handbook instructions to date. I will now follow serviceman sdvice.

I was charged $22.50 labour.

I would have thought it should have been a part of the service with a new product.

I certainly would not recommend the Stihl shop to anyone.

The guy from shop was very nice. He solved my problem with line trimmer and i was very happy with the service. I will recommend this shop to everyone.

Really helpful and friendly. Could not recommend this place more. They helped me understand what I needed, talked me through the options and helped me choose. Easy pick up, showed me how to start the mower, popped out in the trunk. Will be back soon!

This is my local. Always have what you need for repairs or new out door power tools.
Good advice and knowledge of tools

I am using all Stihl now as it is not only great quality, bu the service I have had at the Ellerslie Shop has been great. Good guys and good advice!

My neighbour told me to stop polluting the neighbourhood with your petrol mower, so off I went to see the Stihl Team in Ellerslie. Amazing service, support and I walked out 20 mins later with the best mower ever - and it is electric!

I went to solve an urgent job and they accommodated me immediately. Then they cleaned my mower after fixing it. The staff were happy and helpful. My mower was clean and went like new. Thanks Stihl Ellerslie.
