Dealing with Stoke has been such a painfree, easy experience. We're thrilled to have been able to include a fireplace in our new living space and aside from it being a visually stunning feature, the process behind actually getting one and finding a solution for it's installation has been the least stressful of anything to do with our build! Both the workmanship and customer service are testament to the high calibre of Stoke. Thank you Malcolm!

It would be good, if the staff are trained well. We got a fire and the feature list has been falsely promised. Hence a three.

We were looking for a replacement to an outdated gas fire place plus ugly flue. We arrived at Stoke Fireplace on Saturday morning, over coffee we received excellent sales information from Chris, then made our decision. We paid our deposit, the lead-time was cut from 1-2 weeks out of South Island to "next day" - too easy.arrived on Monday.

We are building a new home and were wanting both inside and outside fireplaces around which our builder had to pour onsite concrete. I looked at several companies but bought both from Stoke fireplace as their professional and technical assistance was superb. They spent a lot of time looking at our plans and discussing the installation with my builder and I. Also their fires give out great heat - some others on the market look good but give out little heat so make sure you get and compare heat output before you commit.

Couldn't have had a better experience, staff were really helpful, shop had all the fireplaces so was easy to choose and support was amazing. Thank you Stoke Team
