Stone and Water World

This place is amazing. All the water and garden decorations are endless. I'd say it's the best I've seen and the owner was so helpful. Checked a faulty pump and pond transformer for me then calculated a replacement that would do the job. Product pricing was fair enough. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend. Very efficient and knowledgeable.

Popped into Stone and water world this morning with my son who is making a water filter for a school project. Vaughn was extremely helpful. He explained how it all works, what the best stones and sand were for us to use and why. My son walked out feeling empowered, and with lots of new knowledge to propel him on his project. Thank you for encouraging my sons learning with your wisdom and kindness.

So much on show I wanted a dog statue guy was helpful went of and came back with exactly wanted, plenty of water features and so much more

I had awesome service when I went to purchase budda fountain but after 7 months down the track the pump stop working. As the pump has warranty of two years I took it back. Raj repaired and ask me to pay for the part. I question him about the coverage of warranty and he said the pump is covered but not the part. He said it’s written on the warranty and when I challenged him to show me in writing he was printed the warranty to show me but there was no mention of part not covered. Raj than said it is not mention in warranty but he knows it’s not covered.

Staff were extremely helpful. Store is amazing to shop in. They have every thing stone, sand and plants to make a beutiful garden.

Always fast to ship and extremely well packed for fragile items. I let them decide the colour and shape of the bonsai pots and they always pick the perfect one!

Lucky was the best salesman onsite.

Pretty disappointing. These guys have been great purchasing stones. Great prices only when you don't get what you paid for.

Good range of stones/fishponds/statues/pumps and regularly restock. Staff have been very helpful to deal with and helped carry items to the car. Check opening hours as have been caught out in the past as they shut early on the weekend. Customer parking not clear. Loads of parking around there but all marked tow away or mentions other business. Not sure how much that's policed, but would suggest be careful when parking.

They have artistic garden pieces, as well as water features, solar and electric pumps and a huge range of stones and chips for Bonsai Gardening.

Went there today and no staff around to help was willing to buy a bird bath. Going to go back to mitre 10 where I can actually get some service.

These guys have a passion for what they do.
Are happy to give great advice and don't try to upsell you to stuff you dont need.

Very helpful staff. I'm really happy with the final result for my garden. Nice to have gentleman who help a lady load stones into the back of her car.

The store has a flowing layout with a variety of items available. The building is tidy and clean with presentable staff. Very knowledgeable staff, could use some discount offers to regulars.

The guy here is so helpful! Even when there were things he didn't know when I asked about bonsai, he went away and found out and came back and told me!
