I highly recommend them. Super efficient and a great friendly team. Nothing was too much trouble. I have used a lot of movers in the past and Stress Free Movers are brilliant.

Amazing service from RJ, excellent service and very professional a great moving experience. Wouldn’t go with any other moving service.

Customer service was great. But Mahi was just a rip off. Even took their 1hr lunch break while on the clock. And got us to pay for another hour to move our things from storage to our new apartment.
RJ was a great bloke to speak with. Just need decent workers that are fair & honest.

Admin office had great communication & were quick to help organise our move in 2 days. RJ was super helpful & understanding!

The driver & the workers were very slow & lacked time management. They took breaks during the time that was paid for & loaded our belongings terribly into our storage rooms. We ended up having to reshuffle our items as some items were damaged or broken in the end.

The team that moved us were very efficient, friendly and helpful and most of all didn't damage anything!

Brilliant management of my move - huge household of furniture and personal treasures all micro-managed by the best team. Having moved many times overseas and here, I can fully recommend this company.

Hi, I can't recommend the team at stress free movers highly enough. They were incredibly efficient/strong, respectful of our prized possessions, caring for our safety and did an amazing job particularly given we moved on a day the rain was so bad they declared a CD emergency. Such a warm and delightful team, they made a stressful day as fun as it could be. We can't thank you enough!

These guys were awesome moved my things from a storage unit in Auckland all the way down to Hamilton got everything done for me and took the stress and hassle out of my move!

My booking was made at short notice and the move out of my home and into storage (rather than dierectly to another house) was the first in my life. The day before moving I was nauseous with anxiety. That was silly because the reality was super-caring, attention to detail, constant reassurance and in due course, a miraculously packed 12 square metres with the 2 drawer filing cabinet right at the door for easy access. I can not think of anything that could have been better done. MANY THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM

These guys HAVE TO BE the best in the business. It became clear to us when they arrived at the start of a very large household move that they are called Stress Free for a very good reason. Nothing is a problem to them, they were focussed, organised, cheerful and efficient. We really could not fault them in any area, quite the contrary we were extremely impressed and they deserve every endorsement they earn for their complete professionalism, efficiency and positiveness which was clearly on display throughout what was a pretty mammoth 2-truck move. Streets ahead of previous removalists we have used in the past and we'd only use them next time. Five Stars, 100%, 10/10 - call it what you will, but they are the best in the business.

Great Value. Able to book a move within 48 hours. Team was efficient and arrived on the time that was advised.

4 stars as had to change the original pick up time on the day. Initially asked the night before if could change the time due to the team having to unload another move. When I explained that this would put me out as I had other things planned they said no worries and kept the original pick up time…. Until the next day when they texted a hour before pick up and said due to staff sickness couldn’t keep the original time time. Movers on the day said I was their only move that day. They communicated throughout but I would have appreciated it if they had just said the night before that they had to move the pick up time and couldn’t do the original time. Not great but would have managed my expectations better….

Stress-free movers did a brilliant job moving my mum after 21 yrs in the same house. The 3 guys were brilliant, hard working and fun. They helped reassemble furniture and were happy to reposition pieces if asked. Nothing was a bother and everything treated with respect. Thank you to them for a great job, so appreciated.
