Strong for Subaru

Bought a sensor of them for $200 and they made it out to be a brand new aftermarket replacement but when I opened the bag it was second hand and wasn’t even cleaned properly and I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t heat tested also. I contacted him about it and he said it had the same warranty as a brand new one and I would be paying the same price that’s when I knew something was up so I contacted another parts company and they offered me one for $60 with the same warranty. He was shocked that I got charged that for a second hand old sensor. I’m not happy at all will not buy anything of them again.

Awesome. Made contact 30mins before they closed up for a public holiday weekend. Not only did they work hard to find the right part but it turned up in double quick time once couriers were running again. Fair pricing too.

Nice and easy if you don't know what your doing but ALWAYS pick it yourself elsewhere if you can, it's much cheaper

Had the exact part I needed. This was after being told by multiple Subaru representatives that there was atleast a 3 month wait for the part due to coronavirus. Highly recommended.

I needed a rear light for my car & got a awesome deal for it. I always go back whenever I need parts. Very affordable & resonably priced.

I needed a left passenger rear light for my 2001 Subaru GT & they had my part. It cost me $46 including GST. If I went to a Subaru Dealer it would have costed me $133 including GST for the same part. Very Affordable & customer service is awesome/hardcase bunch. If I need any other parts for my car I will always check this place 1st. If anyone asks me about Subarus & parts I always send them to Strong for Subaru before any Subaru shop.

Worst place to get parts from, you get wrong parts even when you have rego numbers and ask do you need to bring in samples, they reply no just come in and we will have your parts. They also charge more than anyone else

Be careful with what you buy and whom you talk to there. I did a lot of research on where to buy a CV axle joint as I don't like to have to go back and pay for labour twice or more for our family car. The guy I spoke to said they are reconditioned (Nothing is there I don't see why they say quality parts when parts come cars with various mileage). Part stuffed out within a month so I rang back to be told nothing is reconditioned and they would give me a replacement 2nd hand part as I asked for my money back to purchase a reconditioned one as they said they were originally selling me. I am considering to go small claims court so this doesn't happen to others.

Came here for a replacement Sub for my Subi Wagon - prompt and informative service. He brought me the first replacement Sub only to notice it wasn't in the best shape so he quickly shot out back to get one that was in better shape! Awesome sauce.
